Hope Has Returned

Hope Has Returned Chapter 1(Ginny's POV):

It was over. The war was won. Harry did it. These thoughts washed over my head as I saw the Dark Lord fall to the ground. Suddenly a great force pulled me into a bone crushing hug.
"HARRY!" I yelled and I returned the hug. He just looked at me and quicker than you could say " a bunch of babbling baboons" he kissed me. Right then and there with everyone watching. After minutes, hours, or maybe even several sunlit days we broke apart. All I could see was two emerald eyes staring back at me.

(Harry's POV)

I did it. Voldemort is dead. The war has been won. Almost immediately I think of everyone who died. It was all my fault! I needed to talk to someone who would understand. The person popped up in my he'd immediately. I ran over to give Ginny a hug. I might of squeezed a bit hard but I didn't care!
"HARRY!" Ginny yelled! Without second guessing myself I kissed her. She looked a bit surprised but she then understood what was going on and she kissed back. After minutes, hours, or maybe even several sunlit days we broke apart. All I could see was two brown eyes staring back at me.
