Chapter 41

Hope Has Returned Chapter 41 (Ginny's POV)

Once Ron told me why Harry had done in the past hour I melted. I decided I would go see him. I went inside and saw the broken vase. I walked upstairs and then saw Harry sleeping in our room.
"Hey Harry" I called out.
"What I'm not cuddling theses!" he said poking his head up and tossing his stuffed animals across the room.
"Oh it's just you Ginny" he said laying back down.
"Sorry for everything-" I started and I gave the reasons why and how I hit Dean with a plate multiple times.
"I forgive you" he said smiling. I walked over and sat down next to him and handed him his stuffed animals.
"For the record I wasn't cuddling those." He said looking into my eyes.
"Okay" I said looking into his. Then we kissed. We kissed for a while. We laid back down on the bed and kissed. Then the door opened.
"OI! what the bloody hell is going on in here and I guess you two made up!" Ron said shielding his eyes.
"Yes we did and we would like to continue what we were doing so shoo!" Harry said while waving his hand at Ron.
"Agreed" I said smiling at him. He looked at me and kissed me. I kissed him back. We continued for a while in till my mom and dad came upstairs and walked in our room.
"Well erm here is some food from dinner Harry because you didn't have any." Mrs. Weasley said backing out of the room.
"Thanks" Harry called out to them. Harry and I continued kissing into the night. We then fell asleep in each other's arms.

(Harry's POV)

I woke up with Ginny next to me. I smiled thinking about last night. I walked down the stairs to look at the calendar. Today is the 30th! My birthday is tomorrow! I looked out the window and saw an owl pecking at the window. I grabbed it and it was Ginny's Hogwarts letter. I ran up the stairs and poked Ginny.
"Hey Harry what's up?" she asked with dark circles under her eyes. I waved the letter in her face.
"Bout time it came!" she said as she got up and grabbed it.
"Want to head out to Diagon Alley today?" I asked her.
"Sure I'll go get my money at home." She responded.
"No I'll pay for your school stuff!"
"Harry you can't do that!"
"But I am!" I countered.
"Fine!" she said beat. After getting her stuff we went to The Burrow.
"Ginny have you gotten your school stuff yet?" Mrs. Weasley called from the kitchen.
"Yes we went today and I bought her stuff!" I called back.
"Harry James Potter how many times do I have to say don't do things like that!" Mrs. Weasley said to me.
"And Harry for your birthday we are celebrating here" she added.
"Now I don't want a big fuss!" I said.
"And don't get me anything expensive like a broomstick!" I added. We all ate dinner that night together and Ginny and I headed back home. I fell asleep with my stuffed animals in my arms. I have a tendency to do that now.
