Hope Has Returned Chapter 22 (Harry's POV)

The rest of summer flew by fast and before we knew it we were on the train to Hogwarts. Ron and Hermione were sitting on one bench while me and Ginny sat on the other. She laid with her head on me barely awake. I heard a rapping noise on the door so I went to check it out.
"Anything from the trolley dear?" the old witch asked.
"Yes 4 chocolate frogs please" I replied flashing her a smile.
"There you are sir." And then she went to knock on the next door. When I returned with the candy everyone's eyes lit up. I threw one at Hermione, Ron, and Ginny. When I opened mine I smiled. The others hadn't opened theirs yet so they were wondering what I was happy about. I could see that they wanted to know who I got.
"Harry Potter. The Boy Who Lived, The Chosen One, but most importantly the one who destroyed he-who-must-not-be-named when he was only 17. Ah they forgot to mention that he is super-mega-awesome-foxy-hot." I said with a smile as I showed them my smiling face.
"I got you too!" Ginny said happily. And then we kissed for a bit.
"Awesome! I got Hermione!" Ron said happily.
"And I got you Ron!" and they kissed. Then after a bit they broke apart. Then I heard another knock on the door.
"Come in" I said thinking it would just be another first year who wants to meet me because there has been a lot of those. Draco then walked in with what looked like tear stains on his face.
"Are you oka-" I started but he cut me off.
"Harry I know that you will understand that I didn't have a choice for what I did last year. Can I sit here because I've been shunned by everyone. Even the first years! I'm sorry Hermione for calling you a-a-a well you know what. And Ron sorry for being an asshole to you because I'd let the house enemies get the best of me. And Harry, sorry for everything. Ginny I've never been mean to you so sorry if I did do anything. Do you forgive me?" Draco asked with a sad look in his eyes.
"Yes" we all said at the same time.
"Who did you get as your card Harry?" he asked breaking the silence.
"Me" I said with a smile passing it to him. Before we knew it we arrived at Hogwarts so we all got changed into out robes. When we stepped out of the train Hagrid saw us and waved us over.
"What a bloody second. Sorry guys" he said looking at the first years. "don't you all hate each other" then Hermione explained Draco's story. Then Draco apologized for everything he did to be a pain in the ass. Hagrid excepted. Once in the Great Hall everyone stared at me all they way to my seat. Draco left to go to the Slytherin table. I saw him get lots if looks but we made eye contact so I gave him a thumbs up. He smiled. After the feast we went up to the common room. The password this term is 'Dark Lord Has Fallen'. I once I was in I went to my favorite arm chair. The second I sat down a million little first year girls came running over to me asking questions. Another million went over to Ron and were pulling at his robes asking questions. We looked at each other and laughed. I answered all their questions. When I was going to head up to my dorm one little girl asked me if I was single. Ron and I just about died laughing about that one. I told her I was taken and I kissed Ginny then went upstairs to unpack. Just as I was about to fall asleep I heard a pattern of knocking on the door. I went over and opened it to find Ginny standing there wearing her pajamas.
"I can't fall asleep" she whispered quietly.
"Me too" I said in response. Then she grabbed my hand and lead me down to our favorite couch. I laid down and she laid down on top of me. And like that we fell asleep.
