Hope Has Returned Chapter 23 (Ron's POV)

When I woke up I slapped my alarm clock and got dressed. I noticed that Harry wasn't there but he was probably in the shower. When I went downstairs to sit by the fire for a bit before breakfast I saw all the little girls surrounding someone on the couch. When I saw who it was I smiled. It was Harry and Ginny intertwined with each other. I shooed the girls away and poked Harry.
"Hey dude wake up you're surrounded by first year girls staring at you." I said with a laugh.
"What the-" and he fell off the couch leaving Ginny on it. I laughed at how he fell then I helped him wake up Ginny. When she found herself surrounded by little girls she fell of the couch too. They went up to their dorms and got dressed then the came back down. Once Hermione arrived we all walked to breakfast together.

(Harry's POV)

Once Professor Mcgonagal started passing out the lesson times I was excited. I wonder who the DADA teacher is. Once she got to me she laughed and said.
"I over heard the first year girls talking about how cute you and Ginny were this morning and how they wished they were her." She said with a smile and Ginny blushed.
"I am lucky" and she kissed me on the cheek.
"Yes I was sleeping peacefully in till Ron poked me and I fell off the couch" I responded.
"Haha, Here is your lesson times and here is a list for people to sign up for quittage. You and Ginny can decide when you want to hold the trials." Then she passed out the rest to my group of friends. I walked off to DADA with Ron and Hermione wondering if Professor Qwerty is any good. During DADA all Professor Qwerty would talk about was how the Dark Lord fell and died. Everyone was interested in his tale but I didn't care. I did it for gods sake so I wasn't listening.
"-and the golden trio is in this class!" he said very happily.
"Oh you mean us" I said pointing at Ron, Hermione, and me.
"Yes I mean you guys! And I have a few questions for you three." I sighed and then replied.
"Ask away" his questions were about our journey. When I got to horcruxes I looked at Hermione and Ron as if to say 'can I tell them' they shook their heads yes. I then told everyone what one is and how I was one on accident and that is why when I 'died' in the forest the horcrux inside me was destroyed. Everyone gasped when I said that I technically 'died' but came back. Ron told everyone else about how the room of requirements burned. Draco then spoke up saying how I saved him and his other friend Goyle. Hermione shared about how She and Ron went down to the chamber of secrets to get basilisk fangs to destroy the horcruxes. Then the rest of my lessons went the same for the rest of the week really. Friday afternoon Ginny and I stood up on a table to tell everyone about the quittage sign up sheet. We told everyone that to make things easier if you had never ridden a broom to not come and/or you have no interest in the sport. Me and Ginny stayed up late on Friday planning how trials will go. After a bit of planning we ended up snogging quite a bit. Then we fell asleep intertwined again on the couch. I woke up to see a lot of girls staring at me. I poked Ginny and she woke up too. We looked at all of the girls staring at us.
"Um can we please have some space to cuddle without being stared at or at least stare at us from far away." I said then all the girls looked down at their feet and walked away. I smiled at Ginny and we kissed. We kissed for a long while because more people began to wake up and stare at us but we just kept kissing. Ron and Hermione walked down the staircase from the boys dorms so while I was kissing Ginny I raises my eyebrows at her. She laughed nervously. Once more people left Ginny pushed me back down and climbed in top of me. She had me pinned to the couch arm rest. After a bit more we walked down to the Great Hall laughing. When we arrived we sat down because people were staring at us weirdly. When I sat down Hermione looked at me and said.
"You have a bit of lipgloss on your face Harry." I wiped it of and Ginny laughed.
"Sorry Harry" she said as she helped me get it off.
