The eyes burned holes in not only me but my soul. Frozen in the place where I was and a guard held me from behind, I didn't make any attempt to struggle. Jeremy and Diego were held off like me by the other guards.

"Why are you holding the lady? She can't run like her friend did. Leave her. " Officer Townswille commanded standing right next to Headmistress Filips who was as calm as a breeze. The officer also let Jer and Diego go and they were thrown next me.

"Excellent planning Miss Stone." Headmistress Filips said with a malicious grin. "Let's have a round of applause for them! Come on!" And she made all the competitive and the staff clap.

"You are a lady with guts and you should've used them somewhere else or sometime later when you could've been much stronger. "Mr. Mark spoke, laughter lacing his words and the other staff was also giggling.

Humiliation was at the pinnacle. Almost everyone who stayed within the walls of the institute stood there and watched us being the laughing stock of the evening. I wanted the earth to open and swallow me inside. I stared at my shoes avoiding anyone's looks.

"I cancelled the extra sessions because we all couldn't afford to miss this stunt that you have pulled. " Mr. Mark continued." Lovely! I enjoyed it so much! You never fail to impress me Miss Stone. How beautifully you crafted your plan and cleverly lured your friends into it. "

Diego groaned like a tied up Tiger who wants to attack his prey. Jeremy had a calm demeanour as if he was bearing each word which sliced his ego. I was thankful to have both as none of them backed off and blamed me for the whole thing.

"Hand over the navigass Miss Stone. "Charris made a claim over his device. I stole it from the charging point thinking it might be a useful tool and it actually was. It was in my hand, I took when Amber carelessly threw it away but she had no other option but to hurry.

I put forward my hand which had the navigass, my eyes still on my shoes. My palm felt empty as Charris got hold of it and I put back my arm. "By the way stealing anything in this institute isn't that easy."

"And so is breaking the rules." Headmistress Filips added in a stricter tone.

"An extra pair of shoes. That was an amazing idea Madam Filips," It was Sandy Royce. Those shoes weren't a gift, they were the first step for luring me in that trap. "My dear Miss Stone bought my story and Charris taught about the security way too before than he has to. Everything worked so well she never got a clue."

"I don't let first year competitive ten feet near the walls. Miss Stone has her own rules though." Commander said humourously and a couple of laughs broke into the crowd. That's why he never stopped me or objected about me lurking near the walls. Also why the headmistress found my presence near the walls amusing. She expected me there by then.

"The eavesdropping on me and the headmistress, breaking into security section, to shut down the cameras on the walls, to study the ways of the institution and etcetera etcetera. You are showing signs of a criminal or a detective."

"I wanna suggest that when you are on a top secret mission," Sandy giggled. "you should not trust people easily. Like you trusted Ashton blindly when he promised you of shutting down the cameras. Also our wall guards cannot be tamed by any first years. What were you thinking woman?" Commander's voice still laced with humour.
