The bell rang and all the students left their classrooms. Caos.
The hallway was full of teenagers. All the type of teenagers. The geeks, the jocks, the skaters, the hipsters, the emos, the nerds, the hot girls and their fuckboys, the "too smart to talk with you" guy and the shy girl.
All the types that you find in your typical Disney Channel movie. What a surprise.
Rose just observed everything, walking through the crowd in direction of the lockers, while taking her mental notes. Something was missing.
The baseball team.
Today was a big day and of course that they had to be focused and didn't have time to share their precious oxygen and time with the other irrelevant students that aren't the heroes of this high school.
Rose opened her locker's door and placed all the books inside.
"Hey." A familiar voice said making Rose close her locker to see her face.
"Oh hi Kelsey." Rose replied with a small smile.
"Are you coming tonight ?"
"I'm not sure..."
"You have to come, the whole team needs our support."
Kelsey's justification made Rose laugh because for her, that sounded ridiculous.
"Well, I guess that 9 guys can win a game without me, they always win."
"Try to come anyway and invite your friends. I'll be there of course."
Of course that Kelsey would be there. She has to support the captain and maybe share a kiss at the end of game to make everything more...interesting or Hollywood wannabe.
"That girl can't be this nice, she has a dark secret for sure." Nick said as he approached next to Rose, with Stephanie.
"A dark secret, like what? She's a werewolf?" Stephanie asked trying not to laugh.
"That's an option." Nick shrugged, leaning against the lockers.
"This ain't Teen Wolf Nick..." Stephanie said with her eyes semi-closed.
"I know...anyway, I only watch Teen Wolf because of the hot guys."
"You're a lost cause." Rose replied laughing and then turned around and started walking away, followed by the other two.
"Are you coming with us ?" Stephanie asked curiously, holding her books against her chest.
"Where ?" Rose asked confused.
"To the baseball game." Nick completed.
"What? Why are you guys going ?" Rose asked as they kept walking to the parking lot.
"Why not? Baseball pants are hot as fuck." Stephanie said and Nick nodded, agreeing with her.
"You got a point...okay I'm going. I don't have anything better to do and I don't feel like being alone on a Friday night."
"That's my girl!" Stephanie said wrapping each arm around her friends. "See you here at 8pm."
Stephanie unwrapped her arms and walked away while waving her fingers in direction of her car.
"Steph wait." Nick screamed. "She's my ride, see you later boo." He explained leaving Rose alone.
Rose just shook her head and kept walking to the bus stop, looking down.
