I woke up at 11:37 in the morning, and it was only because Pixie decided to jump on top of me and scream in my ear. I kicked her and we had a tickle war (the third this week I might add), and I was finally able to kick her off the bed. She left my room laughing, and I rolled my eyes at her. I picked up my phone and smiled at a text that was on my screen. 'Mornin sunshine' it said. It was from Raymond and he had sent it to me about 2 hours ago.
We texted back and forth for awhile, and finally I woke up, well, got out of bed. I walked into the kitchen and saw Pixie making pancakes. They were banana. I gagged and she rolled her eyes. "Cmon. Eat bananas. They're good for you" I groaned.
"BUT THEY TASTE LIKE BUTT!" She sighed and shook her head.
"More for me." I sat on the couch and turned on the telly, flipping to the news channel.
After a few minutes of that i stood up and made myself a bowl of cereal, pouring chocolate milk into it. Pixie looked at me weird. "Why do you use chocolate milk? We buy the regular milk for a reason." I shrugged.
"Tastes better." I walked back to the couch and ate my food, half listening to the news. What caught my attention was a report about enemies sabotaging their other, making them think they were soulmates. I snickered, feeling like that's way too crazy to be real. I'm way too happy now that my soulmate is real and not faking like that.
