Mỷrἇ was glad to have her children, brother, and husband back. She was also happy about all of the people that they had gathered. Friendships were remade as Mỷrἇ saw people that she hadn't seen since Jåcóbӱ, Ƒáeláƞ, and she had left the village. So many years had passed, but those who were still alive hadn't aged a day in all that time.

Plans were being made on how to keep the evil forces from destroying the earth. Old manuscripts had been dug up and the select few who knew their secrets were busy pouring over them. The writing was strange and no two manuscripts had the same type of writing so that made it hard to read. Äçåçiå seemed to have a knack for understanding the books.

"Do you think this will work?" Äɱďėƞ asked as she stepped up beside Mỷrἇ.

Mỷrἇ gave her a friendly smile. "It must my friend. The earth cannot sustain any more damage. Life will end if evil has its way."

Äɱďėƞ nodded. "I am willing to do what needs to be done."

"We all are."

Mỷrἇ studied the people below her where they were fanned out of the hill surrounding her home. Six dozen people had come and each and every one was ready to lay down their lives for the greater good. Her gaze found her family. She studied them lovingly before she turned to Äɱďėƞ.

"You and I both know what needs to be done. My children deserve to live as well as Jåcóbӱ. Ƒáeláƞ and I have decided to give our life sources if need be."

Äɱďėƞ reached over and squeezed Mỷrἇ's hand. "I know and I will pass along any message that needs to be given."

Mỷrἇ nodded. "You will lead our people along with Jåcóbӱ. Ƒáeláƞ and I know where we can go to do what must be done. There is magic in this land and it requires a blood sacrifice to unlock that magic." A sigh escaped Myra as she reached up and rubbed her forehead. "Ƒáeláƞ is dying Äɱďėƞ and there's nothing we can do. This way we can give all that we have to help save our world and the people who live here."

"I am surprised that Ƒáeláƞ has lasted this long," Äɱďėƞ mused as her gazed sought her friend. "He has carried this poison with him shortly before you met him. I believe that you and your children have kept him going."

Jåcóbӱ is the only one who knows any of this Äɱďėƞ. Once I am gone he is free to love who he wants to."

A watery chuckle escaped Äɱďėƞ. "Well, there are plenty of women here who will capture his eye."

Mỷrἇ laughed as she watched several of the women make eyes at Jåcóbӱ. Jåcóbӱ stood with Dárkmëre who was busy elbowing him and making fun of him. Jåcóbӱ took it all in stride. Myra shook her head as she watched the scene unfolding below her.

"Come Äɱďėƞ. Let us go and save my brother from Dárkmëre's goading."

Äɱďėƞ laughed as she followed Mỷrἇ down the hill. This was to be one of the last days that everyone was together. No one knew just what the future held, but each and every person there would spend the time they had left living life to the fullest.
