I didn't know how exactly to react, Nightwing obviously believed I would do that again. Me, I don't know how I did it in the first place, as for the CD it had nothing important on it. It would neither help me nor hurt me. I needed some desperate help now. Kayla could understand, I don't know how Daddy would react. Regardless, I had to tell someone.

Me, "Blurr come!" I shouted through the empty quiet cave. She came bounding over from some corner somewhere. "Hey girl," I had since taken off my mask and started petting her, "Do you know where Daddy is?" She meowed loudly, "Go find him, go on, go." She jumped down, stretched, and ran off toward the elevator up to the house. Blurr pawed until it opened. Alfred came out.

Alfred, "I heard you yell, is there a problem?"

Me, "Where's Dad?"

He sighed, "He went with Mater Damian to 'The Titan Tower.'

Me, "Alright, where's Kayla?"

Alfred, "I thought she came in with you."

Me, "No, I've been here for a few hours, you don't know where she is?"

Alfred, "I'm afraid I don't."

I had to find her, it's been too many hours, "Thanks Al, I'm good for now."

Alfred, "As you wish." He went upstairs as I called Blurr back. I went to the comlink and turned it on, "Darkness you there?" No response, "Darkness, come in."

Static and fuzz, "Hey... problems here... up with you..."

These links should never be fuzzy, "Darkness respond, where are you?"

More fuzz, "I'm... do you... just having...."

Midnight, "Darkness, you're out of range, where are you? The line is fuzzy."

Darkness, "Went... back later... need something..."

Midnight, "Whatever you need it can wait, you need to get back here, now! Batman's gone with Robin, and you and I need to be here. What are you doing?"

Darkness must have been coming closer, the line was less blurred, "OK, coming back... you need something? ... Dad gone?"

Midnight, "I need you to come back, Dad took Robin to the Titian Tower, he thinks that will be better for him than the team will. Why were you out there?"

Darkness, "I was trying to find something. Missed... I'm coming back, I borrowed the motorcycle Da- Batman reserved for when we can drive. I hot-wired it and took it out. Do you know how much fun this is? There's a lot of power in this little machine."

Midnight, "how far out are you?"

Darkness laughed, "At this speed minutes!"

Midnight, "There are cops on your road! SLOW DOWN!" I had pulled up a GPS map through a tracker I found in it. 'Man, I love knowing all languages! Binary is actually kind of fun... if not practical all the time.' It felt like I was stretching a muscle that I hadn't used in years, it was hard and kind of hurt my brain, but was well worth it. "The caps are going to be on you, like the next intersection! SLOW DOWN!"

I could hear her sigh over the line, "Fine," The tracker moved slower. "Maybe later!" It sped up immediately and quickly, going faster than before. The cops hit the stop sign as she blew through the intersection, the second they saw her the lights and sirens hit as they followed. I looked at some numbers,

'She is going one-hundred and seven miles per hour. The road she is on said 55. If she got caught, she's underage, no license, and 52 miles over the limit. The only good part, non-existent. If the compound came to claim her, we were screwed. Even at my fastest speed, I could pick HER up, but the cycle, it would drop and crash into the cops the plate-the non-existing plate-would would be run, find it fake, and launch an investigation about it. And Dad, oh my gosh what would Dad think, I had to shake the cops and get here home safe, if that didn't happen, I was screwed. It's a good thing that she hasn't been introduced to the public as much as I have.'

I had to get her out, "OK Darkness, you listen to me and you listen to me RIGHT NOW! If you don't do what I say, you will be dead or worse. Do you understand."

Darkness, "Pfhh, Fine, whatever."

Me, "Turn left, now!" She turned onto a dirt road, the cop directly behind her didn't see it coming and flew past, the two that had been called in turned. She laughed over the line, "Civilian on your left, turn right." She did and almost collided with the car, barely missed it. "You have three clean miles, but those cops are getting closer."

She laughed, "Don't sweat it! I'm just haveing as much fun as a 6-year-old Batman prodigy can have!"

Me, "Do you think this is a joke! Turn left! You are in danger of DIEING and KILLING others. You need to think straight! You're coming into Gotham, take a left in the third alley you pass. I'll open a door for you to get back into this cave."

Darkness, "Fine, if I have to." She turned as I opened the door. I closed it before it was fully open. The cops got lost, their girl ran into a wall and disappeared. I hoped this wouldn't take a layer off of her.

Hey yeah, this took a while to make, I'm sorry this took so long. I'm going to update Gotham Kids next so if you're reading that it will be out hopefully in the next couple days, until then...
