Midnight - Young Justice

Episode 1 After theme song

Late A/N Just so this isn't so confusing, this book was only suppose to be one episode, part two would start another episode. But this book has changed so much, that it doesn't really fit, and I don't have the time to go through and change titles and stories. Sorry.

Mount Justice was in a smaller town called Happy Harbor. The team wasn't really doing anything today. Nightwing, Impulse,(part of the Flash family) and Miss Martian were the only people in the cave when the transmission came in. It was from the bat cave.

"Come in Mount Justice, This is Batman."

Nightwing was the first one up with Robin on his heals. Impulse was there first. Ya know speed does that for you.

"Hey what's up, got something for us? Its boring here, I hope its something exciting, that mode crash last week was just nothing fun." He said it all in rapid succession, Being in the flash family he could talk as fast as he wanted, but if he went too fast no one else could understand what he was saying. As the the other three were getting there Batman started talking.

"Queen Audrey of Kaznia has disappeared recently and we have reason to believe Queen Bee is behind it. Simon is also still working with Queen Bee. There are three locations the Queen would have been taken, sending coordinates."

"Received," Nightwing spoke out looking up from his arm computer.

"I want you to get the rest of your teams together," Batman glared for a moment at them, "and work TOGETHER to get the Queen back to Kaznia. Am I clear with the last part?" Though it was a rhetorical question Impulse answered anyway.

"Yeah no problem we got this one covered," It always did seem like he never did know when to shut his mouth, but then again neither did most of the Flash family.

As batman glared again this time at Impulse the zeta tubes activated.

"Batman out."

The robotic female voice of the cave announced the new arrivals to the cave. "Recognized, B 02 Aqualad, B 07 Tigress, B 08 Zatanna, B 09 Rocket, B 16 Batgirl, B 17 Bumblblee, B 18 Lagoon Boy, B 19 Beast Boy, B 21 Wonder Girl, B 22 Blue Beetle, B 24 Guardian, B 26 Static."

"Batman always thinks ahead doesn't he." Nightwing said as the cave stopped the announcements. "You all get the same message about the Queen of Kaznia?"

Aqualad was the first to speak up, "Yes, but where is Conner, was he not here?"

"No Superman finally decided to have a little bit of 'Father/Son' time with him."

"That will be good for him. Would I be right to assume Sphere and Wolf are with them?"

"Yes."

Impulse broke through the conversation,"Yeah that's nice and all, but can we get to the mission now. You people are all so very slow."

"Fine," Nightwing started dividing up the teams, "Aqualad, Zatanna, Batgirl, Wonder Girl, and Blue Beetle, you're Alpha, Aqualad is in charge. Miss Martian, Rocket, Impulse, Bumblblee and Gardian you are Beta, Miss Martian's in charge, take the Bio Ship. Gama is Robin, Tigress, Lagoon Boy, Beast Boy, and Static. Robin take this one, you did a good job last time. Alpha and Gama the tubes are waiting for you."

"Aww, man, why do we always get stuck with the tubes?" Lagon complained.

"If you want to walk there go ahead."Nightwing was used to him complaining, the answer was normally the same. Lagon grumbles and went to the zeta tubes.
