The saw goes down but Koji slaps it away, causing the saw to go flying across the room. I take this opportunity to stand up, still attached to the chair, and hit Hamish from behind, knocking him to the floor.
"Is he alright?" I say, a worry of him being dead coursing through me.
"He's only unconscious." Koji says. I sigh of relief.
"Does he have the keys to these on him?" I ask, looking down at him. Koji nods and crouches, picking up a small chain of keys. I frown, remembering all that he's done and he's seven years younger than me! He crouches and begins to unlock the cuffs at me feet.
"Koji that was like...high class martial arts. Where did you learn that?" He looks up at me after unlocking both
cuffs.
"Oh I'm the fighter of us nine." Koji looks up at me with a smile before beginning to unlock his cuffs. At that moment, the door handle turns and the dining door slowly creaks open.

We brace ourselves for violence until we see Ryo peer around the door.
"Aw man, they beat us to it." He says pouting like ca three year old. Naoki chuckles and walks in with the other six by his side.
"You guys found us! How?" I ask, bringing them all in for a group hug.
"Well, we knew it would be Hamish since Koji was accused of stealing a pencil." Kyoya informs me. I laugh hysterically, wiping away a few tears while everyone stares in confusion.
"Hamish kidnapped Koji because Koji stole his pencil?!" I eventually stop laughing, still letting out a few chuckles though. The others crack a smile too.
"I know a guy called Karma who tried to kill Hamish but Hamish didn't do anything about it." Ryo states, picking dirt out of his nails.
"We should leave before he wakes up, idiots." Satoshi remarks, leaving straight after. We all nod in agreement and head towards the door, Subaru grabs my arm and keeps me until everyone has left and that's when we begin to walk.
"What's up Subaru? Why don't we leave with the others?" By now, the other eight of them are far ahead but we are slowly making our way out of this strange unknown building.
"I needed to talk to you." He announces, looking at his feet as he walks.
"Yes?" I ask, prompting him to keep talking.
"I'm going back on tour. I'm leaving." Once out of the building we stop and face each other.
"For how long?" I question, generally feeling sad that he has to go so soon.
"A month or so." I sadden at this but then light up.
"Well, it's only the start of November, right? You'll be home by Christmas, right?" I say, trying not to show that small bit of worry I have in my voice. My first Christmas here...Subaru has to be home!
"I...I don't know..." he sighs mid sentence, probably debating whether or not to tell me the truth.
"Subaru...are you going to be home for Christmas?!" I repeat, more sternly this time. Subaru hesitates.
"I told you! I don't know!" By listening to his serious voice, I begin to believe him. We continue to walk, catching up to the others. When I look at Subaru I notice he's putting on a fake smile but Ryo sees through me.
"Where's that beautiful smile of yours, honey?" He slips his arm around me but I moodily wipe it away.
"It's nothing." Ryo stops me in the street, the others walking in without us. He stares deeply into my green eyes as I stare deeply into his blue ones.
"Aya, you can tell me." I divert my eyes to the floor, not wanting to tell him what Subaru said to me about him leaving and not knowing when he is coming back.
"Well if you won't tell me all I have to do is try and cheer you up." He takes a finger and puts it to my chin, turning my head to face him before placing a passionate kiss on my lips. Fortunately, my blush is covered by the night. With a mischievous smirk, Ryo pulls away.
"I've been wanting to do that for a while now." I playfully punch him while we run up to the others.
"Hey, Aya?" Ryo then says while still with everyone else.
"Yeah?"
"Me and Hikaru are in Class D. You think you can tutor us so that next test week we move up to your class?" He asks, Hikaru joining us with hope in his eyes.
"S-sure." I stammer. The twins grin at each other as we go through the doors to the apartment complex.

Safe at last...right?
