Chapter 10: Rescued

Gray's POV:
Lucy, Jellal and I ran through the mountain pass towards the hotel that Loke told us of, I was just praying that both Violet and Erza were okay I mean we all knew they were after power but hopefully they hadn't got round to it in the past two days. As we got out of the pass we saw the half rundown hotel on top of the hill we ran up it to find that the door was sealed tight I looked to Lucy who nodded and pulled out one of her keys,

"Open gate of the golden bull, Taurus!" She shouted as she turned the key and Taurus appeared in front of us

"mooo! what can I do for you miss Lucy!" He said with hearts basically popping out of his eyes, Lucy face palmed and pointed towards the door with her free hand. Taurus grabbed his axe and swung it at the door smashing it open, we all ran in with Taurus right behind us in case we needed him.

"Erigor! Where are Violet and Erza!" Jellal shouted as we stared at Erigor and Kageyama that were standing right in front of us. He smirked and turned to Kageyama and nodded before turning back to us,

"You want the stubborn girl sure you can have her its not like we need her anyway" Erigor said as Kageyama walked in with Erza pushing her at us, Jellal walked forwards and caught her before they both turned to glare at Erigor. "Oh right you want the light mage too don't you? Well she's right here" he said looking up we followed his gaze to see that Violet was suspended from the roof breathing heavily.

"Violet!" I shouted she looked to me with small tears,

"Gray, I don't know how long I can fight this. I don't know how long I can keep us both alive" she said tiredly I gave her a confused look mixed with worry. Suddenly Erigor flew up beside her raising her chin with his finger and laughing like a maniac,

"So its true that you didn't tell him oh wait you couldn't you only found out a couple of hours ago huh?" I glared at him still confused until he smirked and threw something at me I caught it and looked to it,

"Pregnant? What the hell kind of trick do you think....." I started but Erza put a hand on my shoulder and stared at me telling me the it was no joke my eyes widened and I looked up to them both

"Yes ice mage your a daddy well you were because that little brat wont be alive for much longer!" Erigor shouted before pulling a lever, Violet suddenly screamed out in pain as what ever kind of rope that was tying her up drained her power. I looked to Lucy for help but she was a step ahead Taurus was gone and she had another key,

"Open gate of the archer! Sagittarius!" Once he appeared Lucy pointed to the rope holding Violet up and nodded to me to get moving, "Sagittarius I need you to fire at that rope and cut it to free Violet" I heard Lucy shout as I ran I looked up as an arrow broke the rope binding her then caught her in my arms as soon as I did all five of us got out of there with Sagittarius following us for cover.

Violet's POV:
"Okay we need to get to the guild and get Mira to check up on Violet and the kid and...." Gray started as he carried me through a mountain pass with everyone beside us,

"Gray..." I whispered

"....we need to make sure they are okay..." he continued

"Stop please Gray..." I said a bit louder,

"Once we know they are fine we can...." I was getting both annoyed and upset now,

"STOP IT GRAY JUST STOP! THERE IS NO KID ANYMORE THOSE BASTARDS KILLED IT WHEN THEY DRAINED MY ENERGY I COULDN'T SUSTAIN ITS LIFE! ITS GONE OKAY SO JUST SHUT UP......Its.... its gone" I shouted before it turned into a whisper tears rolled down my eyes and everyone stopped moving looking at me in shock and sympathy. Gray knelt down and pulled me to his chest in a tight hug tears were spilling down my face but when I looked closely I wasn't the only one crying so was Gray, eventually tears were staining everyones faces.
