19|Don’t Stop
“Draco, what are you doing here?” It was a rhetorical question.
“I’ll help you with your homework.” He answered.
“I’d rather do it myself.” She said.
“Okay then, I’ll just stay here.” He said. Hermione knew that it wouldn’t be good to argue with him so instead, she took out her quill and parchment and began the essay. Unfortunately, Draco was staring at her so it made her unfocused.
“Um Draco?” She asked impatiently.
“Yes?”
“Arg! Nevermind.” She went back into doing her homework.
After a few minutes, she gave up and looked at Draco.
“What?” He asked.
“Fine. I’ll do my homework tomorrow. The deadline is on the day after the next, anyway.” She exclaimed.
“Great! Meet me in the entrance hall in ten minutes.” He said.
Hermione smiled. “Draco Malfoy can sure get what he wants.”
“I can’t get you.” He thought.
“Well, I knew you can’t resist me ever since.” He joked and walked away leaving Hermione laughing.

“What are we doing here?” She asked.
Draco didn’t reply. Instead, he showed Hermione a broom that she didn’t see earlier in the corner and smirked.
“No. No. No.” She exclaimed.
“Come on, It will be fun.”
“I’d rather do my homework.” She said.
“Please? I promise we will stop if you want to stop. Just try it.” He pleaded.
“Okay, but I will kill you if I fall.”She joked.
“Don’t worry, I’ll catch you when you fall.”

Hermione went back into the Gryffindor tower past 2:00 in the morning. It has been an excellent night and she didn’t regret leaving her homework unfinished.
“Draco! Don’t go too fast!” She shouted and Draco instantly slowed down.
“Hermione, look down.” He said and she did what she was told.
“It’s beautiful, Draco. I can’t believe we’re so high up in the air.”
“When I’m with you, I’m always this high.” He said.
Hermione didn’t know what to say so she just continue admiring the view.
“Do you want me to stop?” He asked all of a sudden.
“No, I want to
stay up here.” She answered.
“I’m not talking about that, Hermione.” He said seriously and Hermione was out of words to say.
It was only after a few minutes that Hermione found something to say. “I don’t know really.”
“Okay. Um just let me ask you a question.”
“Sure.”
“Are you having fun when you’re with me?” He asked.
“Of course. What kind of question is that.”
“That’s all I need to know.” He said.

After a few more flying, they realised that they have to get some sleep so they decided to come down.
“Goodnight Hermione.” He said as they arrived at the fat lady.
“Goodnight Draco.” She said.
“Draco, please don’t stop.” She said and went inside.
