ROSEMARY'S POV:

　

　

While Masen and I were talking there was a knock at the door, I got up and went to see who was there. "You alright?" Aunt Alice asked hugging me as soon as I opened the door.

"Yeah," I replied "I'm fine." Alice looked over towards Masen who was sitting on the chair then she looked back at me.

"You sure," she asked "I mean you did almost get attacked and also seen your brother phase."

"Yes," I replied "I am alright, thanks for checking on me." Alice smiled then she kissed my head and left. I was glad she checked on me but I didn;t really feel like talking about what happened. Not yet anyway, I wanted to talk to my mom before I talked to anyone else. I turned and headed back over to the bed, but before I could sit down there was another knock, "Aunt Alice, I promise I am fine." I said as I opened up the door again. But this time it was mom and dad. "Oh, hi mom, dad."

"Rosemary, honey," mom said "We need to talk." I turned and looked towards Masen then back at my parents. Dad looked over towards Masen and had a strange look, I knew what they wanted to talk about. I could see it on their faces.

"Maybe I should go." Masen said as he stood up.

"No," dad replied "We need to talk to you too." Masen sat back down and mom and dad walked into the room. I sat on the bed, mom sat beside me and dad sat on a chair near Masen.

"Rosemary, Masen," mom said "We know what happened outside before the attack." Masen and I looked at each other, I wasn;t sure how they would react to this so I was nervous.

"Mom," I said "I'm sorry."

"For what?" mom asked.

"I didn't mean for any of this to happen." I replied. But before anyone could say anything else Masen spoke up.

"Mr. and Mrs. Black, it's all my fault." he said "Rosemary didn't have any idea about it until it happened."

"I know," dad said "We aren;t blaming anyone for what happened, but we want to talk to you two about your relationship."

"We don;t really have one yet." Masen said

"Yes," dad replied "It is a complicated thing for you two. With the situation of the living arrangments and what not."

"I know," Masen said "And I am sorry for it all, but I can't hide my feelings for her anymore. I have come to love her, and I know it is odd but it's not like we are really related."

"That's true," mom said "But it is still a sensitive issue."

"We understand." I said looking at Masen.

"Yeah," Masen said "We will take it slow and do whatever you wish."

"We aren't saying you can;t see each other." dad said "We just need to work things out and stuff before hand."

"We understand." Masen replied as he offered a hand to my dad. Dad shook his hand and nodded, mom kissed my head then her and dad left.
