Grayson's POV

We explained it all. She seemed shocked. But also sad at the same time. "Oh I didn't know it happens like that. Ok look I don't have a good view on the empire I hate them. So in a way, anyone who hates them is a friend of mine. I was just skeptical at first and didn't know if I could trust you." "Luna you can trust them. Grayson and drake helped me through a lot. They are family to me."

Time skip:1 week

After some time of traveling to nearby elvish villages, we headed out again. Luna decided not to come because she has business to take care of. She did how ever promise to come find us after she was done. We headed off and got all the supplies we needed.

Time skip

"Hey there is a place we can stop up there. We are still in elf territory so it should be safe. No empire is allowed here and the elves don't pay attention to the empire so we should be safe from anyone recognizing us." "Ok let's do it"

The small place was a tavern. There weren't many people in there except for some workers and a few people. Mia too us over to  a counter. "Mia this looks like a bar?""Grayson don't worry. Do you want some water now because we do t have much. Maybe get other things. Potions?" "Yea your right. Fine" I didn't like the looks of some of the things on the shelf. Elves were known to have some crazy drinks. Mia order some water and a few potions. The guy looked at drake and smiled. "Hey kid. Do you want to try something?" "Uh no I'll just take water." I guess the man looked sketchy to drake like he did to me. He got a glass and poured what looked like water in it. It was dark and hard to see. "Here." "Thanks." Drake took a drink. "Oh god what the heck is this? I said water!" He put the glass down and walked away. The guy just laughed. I shock my head and walked towards drake. "You ok?" "Yea it just tasted horrible. Not water. Ew." He wiped his most with his shirt sleeve. "Don't worry about it. Let me finish getting some stuff and we'll  leave." Mia walked away.

Time skip

It was morning and Mia had woken me up and drake was sitting up. He looked exhausted. "What Mia?" "Get up! Come on!" I got up and drake looked at me. "Hey you feeling better?" "Yea" . "Well..." He put his head in his hands. "Drake?" Drakes instantly teleported a few feet away and fell against a tree. "Stop it!" He opened is eyes and ducked as a ghostly figure appeared and attempted to hit drake. Herobrine. I grabbed my sword. "What do you want with us!" I shouted as I swung at him managing to hit the his side. I could see what looked like blood appear in the spot where I hit him as he yelled. There was also a cut in his shirt. "You just made a huge mistake. I was going to go easy on you but now you are getting it." "Leave drake alone! Mia get back." "You made a huge mistake. I've been waiting to do this for a while." An evil laughed was followed as his hand glowed and he grabbed drake but the neck and had his hand on drake head. Drake screamed and Herobrine disappeared. He feel to the ground. "Drake!" Me and Mia ran to him. He clutched his head and was breathing heavily. "Drake what did he do to you?" "I don't know. Make it stop!" He cried out in pain and bent over on his knees. "What's going on?" "Make it stop!" He then looked down at his hand. It was on his human side and most of the skin on that hand was normal. His stared at it was it started turning black like his ender side. "What's happening  to me?" "Drake?" He looked up to me with fear in his eyes.
