"The truth is that the more Intimately, we know someone. The more clearly we'll see their flaws. This is why marriages fail, why children are abandoned, why friendships don't last. You might think you love someone until you see the way. They act when they're out of money or under pressure or hungry.
              For goodness sake
Love is something different. Love is choosing to serve someone and be with someone in spite of our filthy hearts. Love is patient and kind. Love is deliberate. Love is pain and sacrifices. It's seeing the darkness in someone and refusing the urge to jump ship."

Jacqueline's P.O.V:

I woke up the next day with a little bit of headache. Maybe the drinks I took last night does that to me. Corrine must have had the worst hangover with the number of shots she had.

I could recollect events of last night where we stayed till 2 a.m. and eventually left the club for good. Dennis and Bobby stayed with us and Bobby took me home. Corrine ended leaving with Dennis, luckily the guys came in together in the same car and the state of Corrine was terrible that she had to be taken care of. She and Bobby made a scene last night having a competition of who to finish 15 shots in 60 seconds. Crowd kept cheering them so their ego grew bigger every passing second. And finally Corrine won, drinking 10 shots while Bobby might've purposefully lagged behind, the reason which I'll never know.
She danced a sloppy item which cracked everybody up into a fit of laughter. Of course someone has to save her and it was none other than Dennis himself.

I looked at myself and found that I've been changed into a comfortable t-shirt but I can't remember doing it myself.

"Bobby stupid Crawford! Get up! I'll kill you!"

I stormed right into his room without knocking the door. What surprised me was, he was dripping wet after shower and standing there with his glorious body on display. I stand on the spot immobile gawking shamelessly. I almost forgot what I came for if not for his smirk.

Just as I was about to speak he spoke first.

"Is this because I changed you into something comfy? Oh please. Save that and thank me later when you realised why I did what I did. Be grateful, sweetheart."

"You could've woken me up. That'll be much better and I would've thanked you."
I'm grateful but I could try arguing so that I could gawk some more and dream later.

"Trust me, I tried but I had to carry you the whole time. You weigh more than you look."

He slowly walked towards me with a crooked smile displaying on his angelic face. Did I just said angelic? Haha. I'm totally screwed.

"Stop biting your lips, Jacqueline. You like what you see?"

He slowly freed my lips with his thumb while I nodded in agreement to his question. He's standing so close to me and it flushes my face entirely. But my brain functioned properly more than my liking so I dashed out of the room before anything regrettable happen.

I swear I heard him groaning. Maybe he realised what he almost did.

I needed to rent an apartment very soon. Keeping that in mind I headed to my room.

I took a quick shower realising I will be late for work if I don't move in fast pace.

By the time I was ready Bobby was done eating breakfast.

"I'll give you 5 minutes max. Eat breakfast. We're already late."

Someone's in a sour mood. I quickly shoved down the sandwich. Maybe too quick? I was choking and gasping for air.
