Chapter Eight (Again)

Meghan Hicks:

I've been avoiding Logan all morning, being nice to him and letting him kiss me on the cheek might trig him to think that I'm approachable now,

I walk to our table and sit next to Danny, I wanna make sure that he's clueless

"Hey Danny" I start

he turn his head my way "Oh hey.. How's the day so far"

"Fine I guess"

"Aaaaaawgh! Look at the happy couple!" Courtney shows up out of nowhere

"Who?" Eric asks

"Doh!" Courtney's pointing at Danny and me

"What?!" we all say at almost the same time

"Urgh! You guys made out like crazy at the party!" she clears out

"We did?" Danny's looking at me

Thank god, he doesn't remember that

"We were drunk all night, that is quite possible" I calmly answer him

"Too bad.." Luke jumps into the conversation "You would've have beautiful babies altogether" he's making a dramatic voice and fake sobs

"Shut up!" I blurt at him

he sticks his tongue out at me, and I do the exact same

"Oh my god!" Chelsea rushes in

"I bang-ed!" she adds

"On my bed which now I have to burn... I know" I roll my eyes at her

"Shut up Meghan! Its that guy who broke you up last time" Chelsea's directing the statement to Courtney

"And thank god" Courtney gives Luke a light kiss

Luke and Courtney are both player who sleep around, but when they're together they seems sincere, even Danny and I weren't that sweet

"Oh, and after sex.." Chelsea continues "we talked about stuff... he was crazy boring"

we all laugh

"so, I'll pass" Chelsea gives her closure

"What could he possibly be talking about?" Eric manage to ask between his laugh

"About his best friend in the whole world" Chelsea's rolls her eyes

Everyone laughs harder but that last part stops me, it reminds me of something but I just can't put my finger on it

"That guy must've been so drunk to fuck Chelsea... He's freaking gay!" Brandon adds

The table laughs harder, I can't help to laugh along, it was pretty funny

"No wait, we have to give it up for Chelsea's first lesbian hook up!" Danny sounded serious before he cracked on 'lesbian'

We all laugh again

"And for your information Danny, it wasn't my first lesbian hook up" Chelsea's glaring at Danny

He gulps

We laugh again

"He said something about a crush on Meghan, one of his friends has it bad" Chelsea's pushing a tone on bad with both hands on her chest

I laugh, "Sorry I'm straight"

We all laugh again

After luch we all go our separate ways, but before I got out the cafeteria Danny grab me and says "We need to talk, meet me on our place after basketball practice"
