"So this is it?" Ally asked, tears pouring out of her eyes.
"Not forever I promise! I will visit you all the time! I'll come back for Thanksgiving and Christmas and Easter! I promise!" I smiled at her.
"Emma I'm going to miss you so much!" she cried, pulling me into her arms.
"I know, I'll miss you too, and we can Skype all the time! But you need to have fun in uni ok? You are brilliant!"
Ally smiled up at me. "I love you Emma, you are my best friend. I need you to be careful ok?"
I smiled at her, "I love you too! Don'y find a new best friend ok?"
"I won't as long as you don't."
I smiled at her, pulling her into another hug. "I promise."
"Oh and Emma?" she said in my ear. "Don't be afraid to fall." I looked at her curiously. "Call me when you land."
I nodded, giving her another hug before hugging my parents again and picking up my carry on and walking to the plane.
I took a deep breath before boarding and sitting in my seat which was, much to my arguments with Harry, in first class. I sat beside a young girl and her mother. Her mom smiled at me before going back to her book.
The little girl was adorable. She bounced up and down in her seat.
I would have to say it was the most interesting plane flight I have ever been on, not that I have been on many.
The whole time the little girl, who I learned was named Matilda, and I sang along to songs on her I pod, talked about boys (a boy in her third grade class kept sending her love letters which I found adorable and she found creepy) and ate food, lots and lots of food, from the mini bar beside my seat.
Matilda is traveling to see her grandfather and see her favourite band's concert, One Direction.
"You know I know One Direction." I smiled.
"No you don't!" she laughed.
"I do!" I said, showing her the picture of Harry and I at prom.
"Wow!" she said, starring at the picture. But her amazement wasn't at the gorgeous boy standing beside me looking hella fine in his black suit, it was at me. "You look so pretty!"
I have never had anyone say that to me. Sure my friends try to remind me that I am good looking but never has someone looked at me with such, admiration.
"Not as pretty as you." I smiled.
"Mummy!" she said, poking her mom who was watching The Notebook on her tablet.
"Yes darling?"
"When I grow up can I be as pretty as Emma?" I blushed as she showed her mother the picture of Harry and I.
"Is that Harry Styles?"
"Yes, he is one of my friends." I never ever thought I would be able to say that. Harry Styles is my friend. "I'm going to visit him on tour."
"Oh wow, those tickets are hard to come by. I'm surprised we even got tickets!" she sighed.
"Well I can't get you better seats because they are all sold out, but if you go back stage and ask for Emma Stuart I might be able to get you to meet the guys, I just have to run it by them first."
"Would you really?"
"Of course!"
"Thank you so much!" she gushed as Matilda's eyes widened as she hugged me.
