Madi's POV
__________I ended up in the outfield. It was the outfield of the opposite field to be exact. I looked around me. I couldn't find her. I heard teleporting around me. 'Lilly.' I thought. 'Hold out your hand.' She told me telepathically. I did and a softball appeared in my hand. 'Now on my cue.' She added. 'I'll control you for a minute. Just relax.' I nodded and waited. Next thing I knew, I started to see Shannon teleport all over the place. I felt a sharp pain in my wrist as it was my cue to throw. I did and hit Shannon square in the chest. She flew back a foot and her back hit the ground. "Well played, Treble." She sneered. "But why are you wasting your time on me when you should be fearing your teammates?" "Like I will believe what you say." I growled. "If you're lucky enough to be alive, Madeline's father will kick you off the team." She laughed. "You know, I just went undercover for Annabelle, right?" She said. "I had to find a way to look into Madeline's thoughts without her knowing about Annabelle's plans." "Well, obviously that didn't work." I said. "Just drop it. Your mother started the feud with my mother. Why did she involve you in this?"
She laughed. "Once I found out about you being a werewolf last year, I had a feeling you were the daughter of my mother's enemy. Our mothers never had a good past. She grew jealous of her and attempted to exceed her in any way possible. She was what you would call a 'show off.' Your mother ruined her life. My mother wanted to become an umpire so she can inspect for werewolves on the teams. Do you know what would've happened if my mother was an umpire?" "What?" I asked, ears folded back. "You would've been dead a long time ago." She hissed. "But instead, she was a fucking coach for you. My mother knew something was up. She told me to keep an eye on you when we were in that tournament in North Conway."
"You're sick." I yelled. "You're a sick person." She laughed as she ran at me. I held her by the wrists. "Why don't we make this a bit more interesting?" She asked smirking. "Hit it." She then yelled. I looked around as the fences began to flicker with lightning. "This is like a bad joke, Shannon." I growled. "Please, I could just easily push you in there and you can easily die on the spot." She hissed. "I got to kill you in some way or another." "And same thing will happen to you." I growled.

Madeline's POV
______________Zach grabbed my hand as he pulled me towards the others. I managed to see Annabelle in the distance. "I got her." I said. "Let's split up and we will eventually corner some people in the process." "You sure about this?" Zach asked. "I'm sure." I said. "Meet you on the other side?" He nodded as his hand slipped out of mine. We locked eyes and then we finally split up. I started running until I heard teleportation. I stopped and listened. Then it stopped. I started running again, but this time, I heard the teleport in front of me. I bumped into someone and fell to the ground. "Oh yeah, I remember you." A male voice said. "But I'd usually see you in your practice uniform." I looked up to another vampire, but this time, his red eyes turned white. I saw a ripped cyan shirt and jeans. "No." I said. "I thought-" "You thought I wasn't real?" He interrupted. "Please, Maddie. It's Annabelle who helped me live and she turned me into a vampire."
"G- get away from me." I screamed. "I know I look familiar." He hissed. "You do." I whimpered. "What's wrong wolf?" He asked. From his blank eyes, I knew I had to run. I sprinted. "Zach!" I screamed. Next thing I knew, I saw a grey and silver wolf tackle the guy. I stumbled back as I saw his jaw crunch on the vampire's neck. I heard the bones being crunched and I had to look away because I was very close to vomiting.
He stood up as the body disintegrated into ashes. I watched as Zach transformed into his hybrid form. There was blood on his lips and on his face. Before I gagged, he took out a cloth. "You're good." He said. "Alright, we will work out way up to Annabelle seeing what we could do." "What about Madi?" I asked. I looked over. "She's good." I said. "She's got this."

Madi's POV
____________I was close from pinning Shannon to the electric fence. She would be toast for sure. "You think it would be that easy?" She hissed. I started to speak. "Wait what do you-aahh!" She tripped me and pinned me down on the ground. Her hand glowed and a knife appeared in her hand. "I thought I'd change the rules as of now." She hissed as she raised the knife.
I moved to a side as she missed me by an inch, the knife landing on my side bangs. She yanked it out of the ground and tried to stab me again. I dodged again and she missed. This time, she couldn't get the knife from out of the ground.
Now was my chance. I used my claws and dug them into her arm. She screamed as I broke the skin, leaving deep gashes showing the muscle tissue and bones. Her blood was gushing out of her arm. However, there was one thing I knew from last winter. I took away her healing abilities. "No." She screamed. "No... WHY CAN'T I REGENERATE?!?"
I chuckled. "You know, you never should've messed with me or my family." I said. I walked towards her, eyes glowing yellow, ears perking up, and teeth clenched. I took a stake holding up a tent and drove it into her chest. Her eyes widened as she gasped for air. I pushed the stake in deeper into her chest. Blood was spurting everywhere and was gushing on my hands. She screamed as she fell to her knees. I let go as she fell to the ground. Eventually, she disintegrated into ashes and the electric fence died down. The stake was left behind I picked it up and howled. Everyone seemed to stop what they were doing. I heard Maddie, Zach, and Melissa howl as well. Well, it seemed to make the others angry because I saw Annabelle stare down Maddie in the distance... oh..shit.
