Lulu's POV

I'm currently walking home since Jesiah had to stay after school for detention.

I had my ear plugs in my ears while playing songs from my playlist of my iPod.

Suddenly I felt a tab on my shoulder making me look to the side.

Ray

"What do you want?", I sternly say as I remove the ear plugs out of my ears.

"Look I know things between Gia and I didn't end on good terms", Ray huffs.

"Don't you mean you", I bluntly scoff.

"I fucked up I'm not the same person no more"

"Uhm"

"I swear"

"I don't know if I should believe you Ray. What you did to my best friend was beyond fucked up. You have no fucking idea how much you hurt her. She really liked you, but all you wanted to do was get into her pants which I'm glad she didn't give herself to you!", I growl giving him a piece of my mind.

"Ouch", he groans taken back from my harsh words.

"We were all friends Ray how could you do Gia that way?!", I grit my teeth.

"I'm sorry I know I fucked up big time. You have no idea how much I regret what I did. The time I was locked up all I could do is think about Gia. I really liked her and honestly she's the only girl I've came close to actually loving, but at that time I didn't realize that me being a dumb kid all I wanted was sex", Ray huffs looking down on the ground.

After a few seconds of silence I let out a breath to calm down.

For some reason I actually believe Ray and I really hope I'm not being an idiot for this.

"Look you shouldn't be saying sorry to me if anything it has to be with Gia, but one thing I can tell you is that Gia doesn't want anything to do with you", I truthfully say.

"I understand I just need her to give me a chance to at least speak", Ray sighs scratching the back of his neck.

"I'll talk to her"

Gia is going to freak the fuck out once I tell her Ray is back.

"Gia's out from Juvenile hall in a week right?", he mumbles looking at me with a serious face.

Fucking Jesiah and his big mouth

"Yes, but she isn't single alright", I warn pointing a finger at him.

"I know enough with this Eli guy", Ray scoffs furrowing his thick brows at me.

Someone seems to be jealous

5 days later

Gia's POV

"Two more days girls", I squeal excitedly jumping up and down.

"I'm so happy for you!", Bianca adds jumping up and down with me.

"I'm going to miss you though", Davina sighs a half smile forms on her lips.

"I already promised you girls I will write you guys and Davina I'm going to talk to my lawyer for you don't worry", I reassure.

"Thank you", Davina gratefully says pulling me in for a hug.

3o minutes later

Bianca and Davina were off on their visitations.

I already saw my mother yesterday, so today I have no visits.

As I was sitting on my little chair writing Eli a letter i'm interrupted by Mr. Ramirez.

"Two more days and your free", he says with a huge smile.

"I know I'm so eager to get out already and do things right this time", I respond feeling nothing, but pure happiness.

"I'm glad to hear that. I wish you the very best Gia your a great person I see so much potential in you"

"Thank you it means a lot to me to hear that"

"Well hurry and finish up you only have 3 minutes until free time is over", Mr. Ramirez says before walking away.

I quickly turn back to my letter writing as fast as I can before my time is up.

Once I finished the letter I turn it in to him along with my pencil.

I step into my room laying on the mattress getting somewhat comfortable.

These mattresses are really uncomfortable no matter what position your in or what you do you just can't seem to get a decent sleep whatsoever.

I can't wait to be able to lay on my bed I miss so dearly.

Everything I took for granted before are the things I miss the most since being locked in here.

Just two more days and I'm finally free

Lulu's POV

"I can't believe you ripped my letter!", I shout pushing Jesiah away from me.

"Babe you can tell her once she's out. Why stress her out while she's in there", Jesiah grumbles.

"I'm her best friend it's my job to inform her of everything as soon as possible", I hiss stomping my foot on the ground.

"You will as soon as you see her alright why ruin her happiness she has right now. You know she's literally counting the days for her release right?", he scoffs shaking his head in frustration.

As much as I want to disagree with him, Jesiah has a good point.

"Your right I don't want to ruin her joy it must suck balls to be locked away from the world for an entire month", I let out a sigh.

"Yes babe plus her 18th birthday is in a week as well you know", Jesiah adds pulling me in for a hug.

Shoot

I've been so consumed in the drama of Ray coming back into our lives that I haven't had time to even plan anything for my best friend's birthday.

"Babe we need to throw her a surprise party. I'm going to call her mom asap", I splutter pulling away from his arms.

"Lulu call her tomorrow relax babe you still have a whole week", Jesiah groans.

"Stop being needy", I tease chuckling.

"I'm not needy", he chuckles.

"Come on we have a party to plan", I demand a excitedly.

"Great", Jesiah groans.

"Shut up"
