After they finished eating their meals the waiter came back and asked if they would like desert.
Zara was about to politely decline for she did not want to waste Blake's money but Blake beat her to it.
"Two slices of blue moon cheese cake, please." He smiled at the waiter as he walked away, nervously twitching his fingers on his lap and his heart rate picking up slightly.
Zara reached out from across the table and held Blake's hand in hers, rubbing soothing circles on his hand.
"Calm down Blake." She softly commanded him. "What's got you so nervous."
But he didn't reply just gave her a bright smile, the waiter once again entering the room and sliding each of them a slice of the cheese cake.
They silently dug into the food. Something getting caught in Zara's teeth made her stop eating, Blake watching her every move.
She cleaned her teeth with her fingers when suddenly she pulled a diamond ring out of her mouth.
She looked up at Blake who slipped out of the booth taking the ring from her grasp and getting on one knee.
Zara's eyes filled with unshed tears of joy, already knowing what he was going to ask.
"Zara, you have made my world so much brighter, all thanks to you. I smile and laugh. Zara, my life, my mate, my girlfriend, my happiness, my lover, my partner in crime, my everything. Would you do the honor of making me the happiest man on earth and-" He paused and whistled making the lighting in the room brighter and a curtain that Zara seemed to miss on the back wall fell to the floor.
In big bold letter surrounded with roses it said,
ZARA, WILL YOU MARRY ME?
"Will you do the honor of being my wife and b-becoming Zara Black?" He stuttered slightly at the end with nervousness.
Zara nodded vigorously and Blake slid the engagement ring on her wedding finger, with a look of pure joy and happiness. Both of them spilled tears of joy.
"I love you!" She cried as she flung herself into his arms.
He stood up and spun around the room crying tears of joy in her hair.
"I love you too."

When they pulled back into the house, Maya and Riley bombarded Zara with questions about the date, which were all silenced as she showed them her ring.
"I'll meet you up at our room." Blake says in her ear making her shiver but nod none the less.
Zara trudged up the stairs as Blake sprinted off to another hall.
As she walked towards her room, smiling to herself, she was caught off guard when a voice spoke behind her in the other wise empty and silent halls.
"Um, Luna." The voice Zara instantly recognized, to which she turned around.
"Hello Alexandria." Zara squinted her eyes at her mates number one fan girl.
Alexandria looked at the floor with a shameful expression. She took a step forward. "I just wanted to apologize for the way I treated you, I always wanted to be Blake's mate and Luna but the Moon Goddess made you his mate, not me. I found my mate today and I realized just how stupid I was being. I shouldn't have disrespected you or Alpha by throwing myself at him. I'm so sorry."
Alexandria's auburn hair masked her face though Zara could still see her honesty.
Zara closed the space between her Alexandria with a hug, gently petting Alexandria's hair down.
