Finally, the day is over.

I did not want to ride the bus, so I walked home.

When I was through the house doors, it was silence. It was so quiet, that you could hear a pin drop.

I didn't have any siblings. My parents were always on the road for business trips, but they always managed to pay bills on time, so I was basically living alone and free.

When I got too my room, I remembered that Grayson wanted to me text him, so I did exactly that.

I pulled the little slip of paper that had his number on it. I also pulled out my phone to shoot him a text message.

"Hey."

"Who's this?" He instantly replied back to my message.

"Is this Grayson?"

"That depends on who this is."

"It's Sarah."

"Oh, hey. ;) Yes, this is Grayson."

I didn't reply back to his message, I read it, but didn't respond to him.

"Want to meet up?" He sent another message.

"Um, sure. I guess. Where?"

"Do you know the skating rink behind the 7/11 in town?"

"Yeah, I live 5 minutes from there."

"Meet me there in 5 minutes."

"Okay."

I tossed my phone on the bed, behind me. I went over to my closet and pulled out a comfortable pair of sweatpants, my favorite Hollister crop top, with my black ankle converse.

Once I finished tying my shoes, I went down my extremely long stair case walked and then walked out the door.

I soon made it to the skating rink behind 7/11, that's when I saw Grayson.

When he saw me, he immediately smiled at me. "Hey."

"Hi." I said softly.

"So, why did you want to meet here, for?"

"You'll see." He smiled, which looked more of like a grin, as he grabbed my hand intertwining our fingers together.

We walked passed the entrance for the skate rink, which lead to a very faded trail. We walked down it for a little while. We talked a little, but most of the time it consisted of me asking where we were going and Grayson telling me that it was a surprise and that I would see when we got there.

"Common, just tell me where we are going."

"You have to wait." He laughed. "You're impatient."

"I'm very impatient."

"We're almost there, I promise."

I grounded, but I kept walking.

As soon as we got to the top of the trail, I looked around at the amazing view. I let go of his hand and I just looked around. "This place is beautiful." I smiled. "I didn't think you had a cute, romantic side." I laughed.

"Who told you otherwise?"

"Well, I, um-" I scratched the back of my head. "Ava said-"

"Ava said? He laughed to himself, looking at the view. "Don't ever listen to what Ava tells you. If you do that, then you'll just end up having a bunch people hating you."

"Ohhkay."

"She didn't tell you the actual truth of why she said all of that, did she?"

"Truth about what?"

He sighed, shaking his head. "Ava and I dated for a few months, last year. She's clearly still not moved on." He looked over at me, who was still looking at the view. "She got mad because I wasn't ready to go to the next level with her. I told her that I wasn't going there with her, until I knew that I was ready. She didn't accept it, so I left her."

I guess that explains why she got so pissed off when she found out that we were being paired up.

"Clearly she doesn't like being dumped." I tuned to face him and he chuckled at me.

"Yeah." He walked closer to me. "but, enough about me, why is a beautiful girl like you, single?"

"I guess I just haven't found the right guy yet."

"But Mr. Right guy, is right here." He wiggled his eye brows at me, which made me laugh.

"Grayson, don't." I said softly as he got even closer to me.

"Common baby girl."

"No." I said even softer.

"Why? Is this bothering you?" He said inches from my face.

Things are moving very quickly. Holy fuck.

Which that being said, I sat down on on of the tree logs that was laying down on the ground. He picked me up, sitting himself down just for him to put me on his lap. I then wrapped my legs around his waist.

I moved my hair so that it wasn't in the way. He bit his lip, then connected our lips together. But, for some stupid ass reason I ended up thinking Ava.

Yeah, because thinking of your best friend while you're kissing this really attractive guy is something that you should always do. Good job, Sar.

"What the fuck am I doing?" I asked myself and out loud as I walked away from him.

"We were just having this great kiss but, then you pulled it off. What happened babe?" He said walking towards me, reaching for my arm but, he failed.

Babe?

"I was warned to stay away from you but, here I am doing the complete opposite."

"Baby girl," He pulled me by the waste, pulling me towards him. "You must of you weren't going go to listen to that." He says tucking a strain of hair behind my ear. "Common bay girl." He whispered in my ear.

"Gray.." I pushed him back a little.

"Okay, I wont force you to do anything that you don't want to do. You have my number, you know how to get ahold of me." He let go of my waist and began walking away.

Of course after he said that, I grabbed his arm pulling him back towards me. That same smirk from before was back.

That stupid little smirk.

When I pulled him closer to me, I pulled him close enough so that when he walked towards me, our lips reconnected, again. I roped both of my arms around his neck as he kept his arms on my waist.
