Ethan's being discharged from the hospital, today. I'm still not sure why he texted me first instead of Grayson, but I can still see that knew something was coming, something bad.

I've been sitting in this chair, applying ice to his bruises only because the nurse said that it would help numb the pain a little.

Nothing was being said, which left the room filled with silence which isn't like Ethan. He's always blabbing on and on about something. I had so many questions, but I knew that I wouldn't get any answers so, I didn't bother asking.

"Sarah, could we ta-" He began to say, but then stopped once Grayson walked in. "Never mind."

"Hey babe," I said in a soft tone "can you give us a few more minutes? Please?"

"What, why?"

"Because he wants to talk."

"So? Why can't he do that while I'm in the room?"

I looked at Ethan, who shook his head. "I'll just wait until later or something to talk, its fine."

When I looked at Grayson, he was the one that was now shaking his head.

"What's going on with you, E? We used to tell each other everything, What the hell happened that you can't even tell me? What did you do? Steal something, assault someone?"

"What? Grayson, what the fuck?"

"If not, then what the fuck did you do so that you can't even talk to me anymore? We're suppose to be there for each other, but here you are pushing me right out of the way, so you can talk to my girlfriend?"

That was one of the many questions that I had, that I wanted an answer to.

There was a long moment of silence in the room before someone broke it and of course that person was no one other than myself.

"Well, is someone gonna tell me what's going on??"

This whole thing really began to irritate me only because I was being put in the middle of it. Ethan was hiding something from Grayson and myself. Grayson was getting mad at me because I was spending too much time with Ethan to try to find out.

I looked at the both of them, waiting until one of them said something, but instead neither of them said anything.

"Don't make me walk out the door."

"Sarah-" Grayson started to say as he grabbed my hand, but I pulled it back. "Whats up with you?"

"With me?"

He gave me the 'obviously' look.

"Unbelievable."

"I love the both of you, but the way you're putting me in the middle of this, is really ridiculous." I shook my head, as I walked towards the door. "Grayson you're pissed that I'm spending too much time with E, to find something out and here you are, E, hiding something thats causing this."

"I was going to tell you, but then he walked in."

"Grayson, leave, now."

"But."

"Grayson, now."

He mumbled something, so softly that only himself could hear, as he walked out the door and down the hallway.

I waited until the door fully closed until I allowed him to start talking.

"Alright, he's gone. Start talking or I'll gladly join him."

"Okay, okay." He took in a breath of air before he went on. "Do you remember those feelings that  you had for me? Then, you got over me about a week later?"
