Any parts in your book that occur before the first chapter
The first chapter is a make it or break it for me...
I am a geeky, Christian, (former) homeschooler who loves reading and has recently started writing. Fantasy is my domain. Some of my favorite books and series are The Lord of the Rings (which should be read by every self-respecting fantasy fan), The Tales of Goldstone Wood (cannot recommend this enough), The Chronicles of Narnia (except for the Last Battle... Don't get me started on the Last Battle!), Peter Pan (this is my childhood), Pride and Prejudice, Princess Academy, Ella Enchanted, and most recently, Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere.
In addition to fantasy, I find writing and book review blogs extremely entertaining and love a good romantic subplot (or just plot) as much as the next girl.
My "book pet peeves" include stupid heroines ("Why aren't you dead?!?"), shallow villains ("What is your motive for this again?"), and the misuse of your/you're ("Make it stop, oh please make it stop!").
I swear I'm normal, but no one really believes me.
I'm currently writing the high fantasy novel, ~Magic's Minister~ which is hopefully the first in an ever-growing list of prequels, sequels, and spinoffs all set in the same world. It's honestly getting a bit ridiculous, I mean, do I really NEED to plan out 3-4 generations worth of characters each with all sorts of complex back stories? Because if this keeps up, I'm going to be writing about these people till I DIE and that's not even including the portal fantasy I want to write or the other high fantasy set in a different world.

Some of this seems like an overload of info and seems a bit like you're rambling in parts. I feel more like I'm on your Facebook than your writer profile. Tell us a bit about you and give us enough to help us connect to your writer side.

Again, a lot of parenthesis.
Other than that, I don't see many mistakes.

Peppy. You don't do anything that bothers me.
Final Grade and final thoughts
Take out a bit of the rambling and some of the parenthesis, maybe add a little bit of why you love to write, and you're good to go.
