Chapter 8*

*LET IT GO* Elsa sings from my phone (❤️ FROZEN❄️) I snoozed it off the fully opening my

eyes and not knowing where I was at the moment. I looked around me and everything seemed

familiar but yet strange then I saw pictures of Mom, Tan and me when we were around 8 years old.

What happened last night came back to me, I was home with my family but I also have a plan: to

break Rachel's engagement to Tan. Those were my priorities but I knew deep in my heart that

there was a third one that I really need to do. It was about him. Well its about time I make a huge

comeback. Watch out Jeguk High, the Princess is finally back to redeem her throne and this time

she won't ever let it go. I took a shower and changed into my uniform and got my Louis Vuitton

backpack. My school supplies were already arranged by mom herself but I would guess its all

luxurious. I put my hair up in a ponytail and looked in the mirror. I looked fine I guess, I mean I

don't call myself beautiful but I wouldn't call myself ugly either. I have light brown-blackish hair

thats up to my mid back, rosy lips, fair skin tone and eyes same as Tan. I put some lip gloss on and

nothing else, I only put make up to parties or meeting, unless its necessary. I was about to put

away my straightener when I saw a small box that said, To Ari, We'll miss you so much!!! Love: Lee

Bo Na and Yeon Ane. I opened the box and saw a ring that said forever on it. I must've forgotten

about all this when I left, I decided to wear it anyways. I checked my backpack to make sure I have

everything, there was some thing missing: my folder. I looked everywhere then found it in my old

bookshelf and just grabbed it and shoved it in my backpack. I felt like I grabbed something else

but that didn't matter. My mom was calling me to come downstairs, me and Tan said our goodbyes

and got in the car. I was so nervous that my hand was shaking so Tan held my hand and said, "its

okay Ari. No matter what you see or what they judge you, i'll be there okay? Trust me, I don't half

ass things when it comes to important things like this. I smiled when he said that and looked out

the window. There it was: Jeguk High, I took a deep breath and got out as the driver opened the

door for me. Tan stood beside me and we walked into the school, ignoring the stares and the

whisper of gossip students. He walked in the courtyard and people started to circle around him

then I saw someone walking toward him, as he got closer, my heart started to beat faster and

faster. First day of school and Tan is already causing so much trouble. I walked closer behind a

couple of kids to hear them. He faced Tan and Tan said, "Hello best friend, did you miss me?" He

answered, "i sure did". He looked so much familiar, who is he? Tan closed his hand into a fist and

the other person looks like he could hurt him. Without thinking, I stepped in the middle them,

hoping I could at least stop Tan from fighting. I stood there awkwardly, getting stares and shocks

from people. I faced Tan and looked at him with pleading eyes. Then I faced him try to beg him but

he said, " Welcome back Ri-Ri" I was on the verge of tears right at the moment. The person who

stands in front of me is- my knight in shinning armor- Young Do. I was shaking not with fear but

with anger, why has it led to this? Why does Tan look like he could kill his best friend? Why is

Young Do like this? Every thing changed and there has to be a story behind all this and a reason.

Tan pulled me beside him along with Rachel. I thought: that crazy bitch! Tan shouted, "Ari don't

you dare come near him.'' This was more serious than I thought. The bell rang and we all parted

ways, but someone shouted my name, "ARI!!!" I turned around and was hugged. My eyes widened,

"Lee Bo Na! Yeon Ane! I missed you guys!!!!" I hugged them back and Tan let me go with them.

We catch up on everything on the way to class. I had my first class with them and I introduced

myself after Tan. "Hi, my name is Kim Ari" I heard whispers about my last name and added, "and

Tan is my twin brother." That shut them up, I was about to take my seat but the only available one

was next to Young Do. I sat nervously and the teacher told us to take out our folders, I pulled mine

out of my bag but I did grab two and the other one spilled a bunch of pictures. It was me and

Young Do together doing crazy things. Pranking each other, eating, playing games, me singing, but

most of all me kissing him on the cheeks. I started to collect them and someone helped me, our

hards touched each others and we both looked up staring at each others eyes. I looked away and

put back the pictures in the folder and paid attention to the teacher, ignoring what happened. My

next class was boring, I didn't know anyone because I was in an advance class. The third one was

okay, Young Do was the only one I knew, third period was obviously a problem. Class ended and

students were heading out to class but Young Do held my wrist and asked me to stop. He then

hugged me and said, " I missed you, not seeing you like I used to was driving me insane. Thanks

for not forgetting about me. I'll keep that picture." I felt so relieved in his arms but I pulled away,

stopping myself to give in and cause more trouble. I ran out, thankful that he didn't follow me but I

knew in my heart that I wanted everything to be the same as it was back then.
