TIME SKIP
Today was the day, the day Ray would be attending beacon academy. At the moment she was up in her room making sure she packed everything she needed, once she was done she grabbed her bags and went downstairs to be greeted by her mother.
"I still can't believe my baby girl is going to beacon academy. I'm so proud of you." Sinna said, while smiling.
"Mom, i'm not a baby anymore." "I know, but you'll always be my baby. Your father and brother would be proud of you, you know." A small smile came across Ray's face.
"I know." "well, you you should probably get going, don't want to miss the airship to beacon." Sinna said, while holding back tears. Ray nodded and they hugged each other tight, neither one of them wanting to let go.
"I'll be okay mom, I promise." "I know you will." They broke the hug and Ray grabbed her bag.
"I'll let you know when I get there. I love you." "I love you too." With that Ray walked out the door and headed to the airships to beacon.
TIME SKIP
Ray walked off the airship, looking at the school in amazement.
'I can't believe i'm finally here.' She thought.
She looked around, trying to figure out where she needed to go. Then she saw a line of people and thought that's probably where she had to go.
She walked over there and got in line. After the line moved a bit she suddenly heard a girl politely ask her something,
"is this your first year too?"
