Chapter 4

They stopped running and sinna looked at her husband, "why can't we go with you."

"You know why, just please, go where it's safe." Sinna sighed "Alright."

"Dad, i'm coming with you." Cole said, and with Cole being stubborn dusty knows he wouldn't take no for an answer.

"Alright, you two go where it's safe and Cole and I will get some help then find you two." Sinna nodded and gave dusty a quick kiss before picking up Ray, she was so confused on what was going on.

Her mother started running one way while holding Ray and her father and brother started running another way.

"Wait what about daddy and Cole?!" Ray asked. "We'll see them soon." "Why can't they come with us?! Daddy! Cole!!"

Dusty looked back at them and yelled. "I love you my little wolf!" Then started running again.

After a while sinna and Ray finally made it to the clear area where it was safe, sinna sat down on the grass, still holding the quietly sobbing Ray. "Shh, it's okay. Everything's going to be okay, daddy and Your brother will be here soon." She said, as she rubbed her daughters back. Ray nodded and started to calm down. It was getting darker out and dusty and Cole still weren't there. so sinna and Ray found some branches and was able to made a small fire, and stayed there for the night. That night sinna didn't get any sleep. she stayed close to her daughter and was prepared if anything came near her. Morning came, dusty and Cole still weren't there.

"Mommy, w-where's daddy and Cole?" "I don't know sweetie." Sinna sighed, "we need to get going, town is not too far from here and my sister lives there. We'll have to live with her until we get back on our feet." "What if she says we can't live with her? And what about daddy and Cole?" "Your aunt will be fine with us living with her, and your father and brother will find us, i'm sure of it." And with that they headed towards town.
