Luna's Point of View - Sickbay, Bridge, USS Enterprise NCC-1701

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Spock. You just woke up." McCoy clearly didn't miss Spock's persistence. Or the constant way he would raise one eyebrow and look at him curiously.
"I am clearly alright , Doctor." Spock stood and began to walk out of Sickbay, followed closely by McCoy. Luna and Ray looked at each other and decided to follow as well. They walked down hallway after hallway, Luna and Ray keeping up with Spock's long strides, but McCoy had to jog several times just to stay near him.
McCoy and Spock were still arguing by the time they got to the turbolift. Luna smiled a little.
"Is something amusing?" Spock and McCoy looked at Luna with puzzlement. She shook her head. Spock nodded and they continued the ascent in silence. Luna had barely caught what McCoy had mumbled when the doors slid open, but Spock did for he looked down at him in astonishment. It sounded along the lines of;
"Green-blooded hobgoblin."
When Luna walked onto the Bridge, she saw that is was absolute chaos. There were flashing red lights from every console, sparking wires hung from the ceiling, and there seemed to be a breach somewhere in the pipes. People were rushing back and forth, shouting at each other and there seemed to be not a single person who didn't have less than a scratch.
McCoy had already begun to help with the injured and Spock had returned to his station. Luna and Ray just stood quietly to one side so as to stay out of everyone's way. Then Uhura turned to face the Captain.
"Sir, incoming message from the vessel."
"Onscreen, Uhura."
Everyone froze and looked up to the monitor. The screen lit up and Luna gasped slightly at the image in front of her. Ben. She didn't realise that Ray had taken her hand or that Spock had moved next to Kirk, waves of calm radiating off him.
Kirk was talking to Ben when Ben's eyes trailed to something off-screen. When Ben's face twisted int a wicked smile, Kirk turned to see that he was looking directly at Luna and Ray. Kirks eyes filled with sorrow.
"Well, if it isn't the little darling and her brother. Guess who has come to take you home?"
Luna stiffened and her breathing quickened.
Spock whispered something into Kirk's ear and Kirk nodded. Spock walked over to Luna and placed a hand on her arm, guiding her off the bridge.
When the turbolift doors slid shut, Luna had caught a flash of emotion from Spock. She looked at him, astonished.
"Is there a problem?" Spock had raised an eyebrow.
"I never thought you felt that way for the Captain." At Luna's sudden statement Spock froze and Luna could have sworn that the tips of his pointed ears turned green.
