*awareness of men's emotion*

Dad cries more, more than that girl who pushed you in the dirt and tore your skirt. He cries as he realises he can't stop a girl from being in the wrong, even if shes screaming at you 'you shouldn't have been born.'

Dad cries more, more than that teacher who graded you an F and said you'd end up on meth. He cries because he know's she's not right, you've just stopped sleeping at night.

Dad cries more, more than the boy who broke your heart and laughed as it tore apart. He cries because 'boys will be boys' and there is no other choice.

Dad cries more, more than your mum when you're taken to hospital with flu. He cries because he knows there's nothing he can do to help you.

Dad cries more, more than you do when you're accepted to uni. He cries because his little girl made it on her own and he never once had to moan.

Dad cries more, more than you think he does, more than you know. More than you do and more than mum too.
