Chapter 18

Skylar's POV
Today I had to go back to filming. It had been a couple of weeks since filming because they decide to the main characters last. I woke up that morning realizing I was still in the Team 10 headquarters. It wasn't far but it was farther than my house so I had to get up earlier. Marcus was still sleep so I tried not to wake him. I got dress in an oversized maroon sweater and some black tights and gold flats. I decided no makeup because they were gonna put it on me at filming. I walked downstairs and saw Maggie and Alex snuggled up next to each other sleeping. They had really hit it off. I'm glad because now she can leave me and Marcus alone. I sat down and ate a bowl of cereal when I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist. I looked up and saw Marcus. "Well someone's up early" he said kissing my cheek. "We have filming today." I replied. He frowned. We had been having so much fun lately, we didn't feel like working. But on the bright side, we were gonna see Star and Michael. They had been on set for awhile so it was nice that we were gonna see them again. After lounging around for fifteen minutes Marcus finally got ready and we left. I was actually excited to go to set. I miss acting. I know it's only been a few weeks but it felt like forever. When we first got there I had to go straight to makeup. Marcus when to his trailer to get changed. The makeup they did required a lot of blood. I guess we were doing most of the action packed scenes today. I got back to my trailer and changed. I looked all over but I couldn't find Star. 'Maybe she didn't have filming today' I thought to myself. I found one of the managers and asked them if Star was coming in today. They told me she had already checked in. That was weird. I went back to her trailer and there she was sitting on the bed. Her eyes were puffy and her cheeks were red. It looked as if she had been crying. But she was smiling really big. "Are you okay?" I asked concerned. She nodded and showed me something I never thought I would see. A big diamond ring. "Please tell me you found that!" I said shaking. "MICHAEL PROPOSED TO ME LAST NIGHT!" She said hysterically. I hugged her so tight. "OMG I am so happy for you Star!" I said starting to tear up as well. We both sat there admiring the ring when Michael walked in. He saw the big smile on my face. "I'm guessing she told you about last night" he said. I nodded. Me and Star looked at each other. Now I'm at a lost for words. I was so happy for her. She really did love Michael and he loved her. I'm glad they got together but another thought popped in my head. Me and Marcus getting married. I know neither one of us is ready for that big step but I can see myself sitting next to him on our maroon couch with two children running around with Baridi. The thought of that made me happy throughout the rest of the day. Marcus saw me and walked over. "Why are you so smiley?" He asked with a smirk. "Michael proposed to Star! She told me what happened and it sounded adorable" I said swooning. He noticed and laughed. I blushed. "Do you see yourself marrying me?" He asked nervously. "That's a dumb question. Of course I do. There is no one I would rather spend the rest of my life with" I said with the 'duh' look on my face. He smiled and kissed me deeply. It felt amazing. We had to run back to set to finish out day.

Marcus's POV
After talking with Sky my day went a lot better. We both finished everything that needed to get done today so we got to leave early. I went back to get the rest of my things before I went to go get Skylar. I saw a package on the steps. It was from my grandparents from Romania. I opened it and say a two necklaces inside. They both said tu ești lumea mea. It means you are my world in Romanian. There was a letter. It was in Romanian. I'll translated though.
~Dear Marcus,
Your mother told us about this girl in your life and from the way she described her she sounds like a beautiful girl. I want you to give her one of these necklaces and you wear the other one. But only give it to her if what is on the necklace is true. I love you.~
I was in shocked. The necklaces were blue and peach. I decided I was gonna give Sky the peach one. I couldn't wait to give it her. Tonight we stayed at her house. I had kind of moves some stuff in but nothing to special. Sky was on the couch trying to find something to watch as usual. It was the perfect time to give her the necklace. I crept up behind her and covered her eyes. When I uncovered them she looked in her lap at the necklace box I got. When she opened she gasped. "What does it mean?" She asked me almost in tears. "You are my world" I replied. After that, all the tears came rolling down. I was so happy she loved it. She then realized that I had one. What we didn't realize is that the connect to form an infinity sign. It was to signify that we would be there together. She was so happy. I was glad. She then leaned over and kissed me. I pulled her on top of me and we started making out. I loved the way her lips tasted like strawberries. The kisses got even and more intense. My hands started wondering all over her body. I could tell she enjoyed it a lot because I could hear faint moans coming from her. She started pulling on my shirt, signaling for me to take it off so I did. She went down my jawline, then to my neck, then my abs, until finally she reached the tip of my v-lines. She unbuckled my jeans very slowly, teasing me with every move she made. I tried and tried not to jump all over her but I couldn't help myself. I finally flipped her over and climbed on top. I took of her shirt and her pants. Just as I was about to rip of her panties, with my teeth I might add, we heard a knock on the door. We froze. She quickly got up, put her clothes back on, and ran to the door. I ran upstairs so whoever was at the door couldn't see. I was very upset with whoever it was. I walked downstairs to see Rashaad and Damien and a boy I've never before. Sky was talking to him like she had known him forever. I grunted to let Sky know I was in the room as well. "Oh babe, you guys haven't met. This is my other brother Tristen." She said. He looked a lot younger than everyone else. Like he was still in high school. "Nice to meet you." I replied sticking hand out. "The pleasure is all mine. And you would be?" He asked with a judgmental tone. "I'm Marcus. Sky's... Boyfriend" I said nervous about his reaction. He didn't react. If he did he hid it well because he just stood there staring at me. There was and awkward silence. Sky finally broke it. "So what are you guys doing in town?" "Just passing through. Mom and dad let us go in a road trip with some friends. We were going into LA and we thought why not go say hi to Sky?" Damien said. That was sweet. Having siblings can be annoying at times but it seems like they get along really well. "Well we gotta get back in the road. It was nice meeting Marcus. Take care of my sister. She the last one I got." Tristen said. The all got quiet. She hugged them goodbye and the left. "I'm guessing that last remark was referring to Luna?" I asked. Sky nodded. I guess they were all pretty close. It just seemed like Sky was closer. I wrapped my hands around her waist and kissed her forehead. "You wanna go to dinner? My mom invited me and you and I thought we could go." I said trying to cheer her up. "I would love to have dinner with my man's family. She leaned up and kissed me.

Skylar's POV
It was 6:45 and we didn't have to be at Marcus's mom's house til 7:30 so we had a little bit of time. I decide to take a shower. Marcus insisted on joining me but we would get done in time. I decide to dress semi formal.

After finishing the final touches on my hair I was finally ready. I walked downstairs and we left. I don't know why but I always get nervous greeting Marcus's family. I know they like me I just get this feeling like one things could go terrible wrong. Thinking about all of that we finally got there. When we walked in as expected Darius comes and gives me a bear hug. "And hello to you to Darius" I said barely breathing. "Please call me Dari. I think you have earned that right." I smiled. I then met someone I didn't meet last time. "You must be Skylar. I'm Cyrus. Oldest brother in the Dobre family. I'm glad I finally get to meet you. Marcus wasn't lying when he said you are absolutely beautiful." I blushed. "I don't about all of that but I appreciate the compliment." I said smiling really hard. I greet his mom and she was admiring the necklace Marcus gave me. "He really does love you" she whispered. I looked backed at him wrestling with Lucas. I realized she was right. Marcus has done a lot to prove he loves me. I'm the luckiest girl to have someone like him. After dinner we decide to play a game. It was so funny because there answers were so weird. I sat next to Marcus and leaned on his shoulder. I started to get really dizzy. I got up to get a glass of water but before I made I collapsed. The last thing I remember seeing was Marcus running towards me. The I blacked out.
