As the wall/door exploded open i could make out umbridges pink being amoungs the dust and debrie, "now what do we have here?" My eyes instantly locked onto choa who was being held by Draco, my heart pounding at his cold expression, "...is that... miss potter i see? Well fancy that!" I kept my head high and my eyes firmly on the woopie cushioned looking woman as she smiled evilly, "You'll be the first in my office deary~" she cooed making the others look to me in worry but....i honestly felt no more fear towards that woman, "...okay" i shrugged indifferently causing her to frown and her eye to twitch slightly "Mr. Malfoy.... you will be bringing her to my office" he let go of chao and made his was hesitantly towards me before taking my arm into his grasp softly, the twins looked about ready to hit someone but with a reassuring smile they seemed to calm slightly. "Why did you join them?" He hissed quietly to me in the deserted hallways "well im sick of being dictated and abused so you tell me what you would do" "what are you on about?!" He asked harshly....he wasnt the same biy i fell in love with....he was the angry one that lead them to my room....."forget it your not meant to care so let's keep it that way for both if our sakes, he flinched under my harsh words but only walked faster to my awaiting doom, "very good Malfoy, seat her there" the other prefects stood in the room expectantly, pansy stood proudly draped over Draco as he took his place "now who wants to see something amazing?" They bounced excitedly as i sat patiently in the chair, my calm exterior hiding my fearful and terrified feelings "lets see now those dodnt work however i know exactly how to get a little squeak from you this time" she giggled before "CRUSIO!" the spell flooded my body with torturous pain making me bend and contort but i bit my lip till it bled as i struggled to hold in my screams....they didnt laugh anymore...they only looked on in horror as i bent back nearly around the chair, my body lashed around more with a few little flicks of her wand before i let out the loudest and shrillest scream ever, i dropped to the floor with blood pouring from my lip "who started DA?" She questioned but no matter how many times she would crusio me i didnt break and tell her once, my twitching and crumpled form laid on the floor grinning at the demented pink woman, "...that all...you got?" I barked horsely making her growl and flick the spell at me again, this one however was much harsher than the others and i soon found myself screaming in pain, it felt never ending till Draco spoke up looking deeply disturbed "Stop it!" The pain left leaving me gasping on the floor for breath "why mr. Malfoy? Surely you dont care for this....bitch?" I looked up through half lidded eyes from the floor and shool my head silently "....no....im just thinking shes been here a while and....someone might see you using an unforgivable curse on a student" he covered smoothly "and your sure you do not care for her?" "...i dont..." "well in that case....." she leant down and grabbed a fist full of my black ebony hair before pulling my weak body up by it and tgrowing me into the chair with that sickeningly sweet smile "you have my permission to case the Lacero spell on her" she shoved my head to the side exposing the crook of my neck between my neck and shoulder, he seemed to hesitate till i gave him a smile 'i forgive you' i mouthed as he slowly and hesitantly drew his wand and pointed it at the crook of my neck, "....Lacero" he whispered, no sooner did the words leave his soft lips did the spell hack into the soft skin making my eyes roll back, he looked greatly disturbed however no one else seemed to notice. "Very good mr. Malfoy...your father will be please, dragged her back to her room....in the dungeons i believe" the others cackled cruelly as Draco 'roughly' shoved me onto his shoulder and left the room. "Is that Tia?" "Oh my god what did they do to her?" "Is she alive?" Harsh whispers from the students from the DA reached my ears along with the feeling of Dracos shaking body under my arm as he helped me walk back to the common room. "Tia Im so sor-" "i told you before Draco.....i forgive you" i murmured to him feeling the wound healing from Axels powers, the horrible scar left behind was nothing more than a paler line on my skin but it was there, he inspected it finding it healed before he placed his lips to it "i did that to you Tia....how can you still forgive me? I never wanted to hurt you and yet..." he whimpered painfully till i cupped his cheek making him look at me "ill make a deal with you okay? Bring me to hogsmead for a butterbeer and all is forgiven okay?" He just gazed into my eyes seemingly lost like i was, as our faces began to draw closer, voices rang from the common room snapping us back to reality, we cleared our throats awkwardly as we realised what nearly happened "...i...erm........ w-why do you keep inticing her?" His blushing face told me he was trying to change the subject "guess im a sucker for pain.... which sucks.... worse than a vampire... giving a blow jo-" "Okay!" He cut me off before we broke out laughing "so....ill see you tonight then?" "For?" "For the butterbeer" i made an 'oh' face before he left with the promise of returning to sneak out of the castle. As soon as night fell i was dressed and ready to go, i had prepared some shikigami which was from a japanese spell book i found, once the paper talisment was kissed it would take the form of the person and act like them too, i kissed my talisment and straight away it changed and got into my place, soon a soft hand touched my shoulder "ready to go?" He whispered, he wore black jeans, a plain white t-shirt, a black hoodie and slytherin scarf, my breath caught in my throat as i seen how handsome he was outside of suits and uniforms. I began to feel self concious about my outfit, a blue dress with  with light blue sash around my middle seperating the slightly puffed out skirt from the top, it had a black mesh sleeves and a black symbol on the chest, black thick tights and sneakers. "Here...you just kiss it and itll become your double" i handed him the shikigami and he did as i said, an exact replica stood before him "im off to bed have fun!" The double chirped making us look at it strange "erm....right off we go?" I took his outstretched hand as he led us out through different paths that stayed hidden, once outside he still didnt let go of my hand as he led me to the little town, "D-Draco-" "right where to first?" He cut me off, his ears and cheeks looked a little pink "i thought we were just getting butterbeer?" "Well we're here now so might as well make a da- i mean night of it" he stammered, i beamed brightly and bounced on the spot, "you pick" "how about the sweet shop?" He asked "sounds good to me!" "Really? It doesnt sound stupid or anythi-" "never say that, Draco nothing you say could be stupid" i chuckled before adding "..unless it really is a bad decision..." he chuckled and linked my arm with his as we walked to the sweet shop, "pick whatever you want" "what?" "Its my treat so pick whatever you want" i hugged him tightly before looking at all the different sweets in amazment, i chose only one thing, a single sugar quill. I walked over to a patiently waiting Draco and handed it to him telling him that was all i wanted, he chuckled a little before walking around the shop and dumping a few more things into his arms such as cauldron cake, chocoballs, berties everchanging beans*, and a never melting ice cream. He paid for them and walked out with the bag before leading me to some steps near the sweet shop, he opened the bag and took the berties from it "have you ever tried these before?" "Ive only had a few muggle sweets so i dont know if their any different to those" i replied with eyes locked on the beans of various colours "they look like jelly beans" he shook the box then opened it and offered me one "try and tell me if their anything like those....'jelly beans' here" i took a blue one and curiously took it into my mouth, the next thing i know i could whistle like a bird, my eyes widened in amazement as wonder filled my features "that....is nothing like jelly beans" he smiled a dazzling smile making my breath catch in my throat at their warmth "you pick one for me now" his smile turned into a smirk seeing my feature suddenly turn to a pout, i picked a yellow one next and held it out to him only for him to grab my wrist and eat the sweet from my fingers, i flushed red as i felt his lips brush off me, he suddenly began to roar like a lion making me jump. His laughter was so free and child like i felt instantly captivated, it was so infectious i couldnt help but join him. This happened back and forth till we felt soft pattering of rain fall on our heads, the wind felt very cold making me shiver without a coat. I suddenly felt engulfed in something warm, the smell of aftershave flooded my senses and i realised Draco had wrapped his hoodie around me as the rain began to pelt down on us drenching us both, "Draco no youll get sick!" "And if i do youll just have to make me better again wont you?" He gave me a wink before wrapping his arm around my shoulders and guiding me to a small tea shop that looked warm and cozy, we made our way in to find it all but empty save for one lady who i assume owns it. She led us to a table in the back room before taking our order for tea and cakes "could i have assam please?" I asked politely to which she nodded and smiled "and you Mr. Malfoy?" "The same please" i kept my eyes trained on the table finding her familiarity with Draco slightly unnerving 'he must have brought Pansy here alot on the trips' i thought to myself "have to say its the first time I've seen you with someone... always was a lone thinker"   my ears pricked up at her comment, shooting Draco a confused look the lady left to get our order, "i usually come here to think and have some head space, thats why were in the back room away from the other area" when i took a glance around i noticed the room was only big enough to fit one table big enough for two people and the lady, the large window next to us allowed us to see the harsh elements outside. "So why bring me?" I asked "....i dont know to be honest but im glad i brought you here" my eyes trailed down to see his top had become see-through, it dipped into every curve and muscle making me look away flustered "y-you can ha-v-ve your hoddie b-back....T-thank you" i stammered as i took it off and handed it back, then he blushed as he looked at me, i was confused until i realised.......my dress had become the same as his top. It grew quiet and awkward after that as we tried desperatly not to look at one another, our tea soon came and we sat it the softly lit room, the lady poured our tea before realising our predicament with a laugh, she gave us some blankets and lit a small fireplace allowing us to warm up as we drank our tea "sorry about that... i-i didnt know it had turned erm...." "same" he nervously laughed as he drew his eyes up to meet mine, thank you....for bringing me here Draco...." "thank you for coming... especially after...."he trailed off 'thats right...he feels bad for hurting me...of course this isnt anything else, he just feels bad' i drew the tea cup to my lips only for my glasses to fog up making the blonde break out laughing again. After our tea and cakes we thanked the lady and left for our trip back to hogwarts, he held out the never ending ice cream taking a lick here and there before holding it to my lips, i took a lick and nearly squealed at the chocolatey flavour, it was the smoothest and richest flavour i ever tried! I took another lick and he pulled it back to have another lick himself, we went back and forth untill it was finished, it didnt even feel strange to share food like that with him. Once we made it back he gave me a tight hug, we said good night and parted ways to our own rooms, i found myself more tiered than usual and ended up collapsing into my bed making my shikigami dissappear. That night my dreams were filled with the platinum haired young man.....but they were soon filled with visions of a horrible fate that awaited me.
