[Untitled : Chapter 6]

Was that the right decision to make? She was definitely not helping Linda, she just felt she really need to take a step out of their new life, she want her Dad to find out the truth by himself and realized who was that woman living with him right now.

She shook her head and finally she reached Natalie's house. She was about to ring the doorbell but she realized the door was not lock. Someone broke into the house? That was what Amanda can assume.

She knocked the door for a few times, but there was no answer from Natalie or Felix.

She opened the door slightly, producing a little queasy sound.

Felix was on top of Natalie and both of them turned to her as she gasped.

"Sorry, I did knock a few times but no one answer." Amanda turned away and was thinking if she should go home. As she was about to leave, she felt someone pulling her.

" It's all right, Felix was about to go." Natalie gave her an assured smile as Felix nodded.

"Bye girls !"Felix chuckled.

"So how's your trip to your Dad's ?" Natalie asked as they ate their Chinese takeaway.

Amanda told her everything including the one she found out about Linda's fake pregnancy and about the little conflict.

" That woman was pushing you too far to that corner, but I'm sure you can shove her down the cliff with one word." Both of them started laughing.

"So... ... What was that about?" Amanda asked.

"What is the 'What was that about?' ?'' Natalie knew what she was talking about but she just love joking with her friend.

"Nat!" Amanda looked at her with the ' I knew what happened, and you think you can hide it from me?' stare on her face.

" Well, Felix and I are together for about a week. Remember the night I suppose to have a sleepover at your house, but I had a call." Amanda just nodded.

"That phone call was from Felix, well...he kind of told me there was something urgent he need to tell me so he asked if I could meet him at the theme park."

"So that's how it happen." Natalie played with her fingers.

"Okay, so that's all? My turn to ask?" Amanda questioned her.

She nodded.

"So you two have been having feeling for each other for ages?" Amanda asked.

"Erm, kind of , well... I grew up with the McCarthys so we knew each other since we were toddlers and I just found out how I feel about him last year." Natalie explained.

"Oh great, now Alex and Thad, Nat and Fel. I'm the little girl under the stars wishing to find my soul mates." Amanda joked.

Both of them started laughing.

The next few weeks were busy for Amanda, since she came here in year 4,she still have two more years to graduate from this academy and she need to choose an elective activity. After looking through what she was offered, performing arts, clubs, sports, events and good cause, she decided to go for a swimming trial for this afternoon.

Amanda was taking a quick pace through the usual crowded hallway. Natalie had taken a day off duty to her flu. Alex and Flex went for the journalism event so today she was on her own. She made through the crowd and managed to get her favourite drink, pomegranate juice which happened was the last one. She thought today will be all right as things went smooth so far. She was about to turn and walked towards the oak tree to enjoy the rest of the break when someone accidentally knocked her down.
