[Untitled : Prologue]

They had been traveling for six hours, in the black convertible. A few more miles, the enormous board with 'La Vine Port' written on it appeared in the windscreen. Jessica was back in her home town with her daughter, Amanda. The humble town with not a huge population, but it was famous for the friendliness and their special wine. It was not a big town though but a bustling little one. Flashbacks came in her mind as Jessica remembered the reverse as she had gone through. Sixteen years ago, she left her parents and her beautiful home town with her husband to the urban city in a blue Ford with a sign at the back 'just married'. Now, sixteen years later she came back to her old town with daughter and start anew.

Amanda looked out at the window, as though she was searching for something familiar, they were in the middle of the long road to their new home. The word home echoed in her mind, she used to hate being at home. Years ago she was that party girl, she went to every party in the weekends with her group of used to called friends,if one can classified themas friends. She was an intelligent girl, and her friends then envied of her. They started to plot tricks on her at her back. Soon, she left them and became an outcast of the school because she was smart. Tills then they still cause troubles for her and leaving that school was her goal. Now, she was here in this unfamiliar town, hoping to fit in the new school and pursue her study.

Soon, they arrived at a driveway of a red bricked house.

'Here we are.' Jessica announced with excitement.

They got out of the convertible and unload their luggage.

Jessica opened the white wooden door, as the sunlight reached the inside. A beautiful view was projected. Even though the furniture were covered with white fabric. The walls remains the same as they were sixteen years ago, the yellow and orange walls looked a little dull but Jessica knew that it will be back to itself after they were cleaned. This house was her only property she had now beside her convertible and this was her beloved too.

Amanda sneezed. This house was beautiful, it looked better than her previous home, it has a bit of country and modern fusion style. This was the house her mum grew in, she felt safe and it really suits her too, she thought. She wished to meet her grandparents again however Grandpa George passed away when Amanda was one year old. She only met Grandma Theresa a couple of times when she visited them in the City.

Amanda went to the room as she was told by her mother. She opened the door with her guard up as if it had some monsters hiding in it. She entered the room with baby blue walls, filled with a simple white single bed with matching blue covers, a white desk and red chair stood beside the window with sky blue curtain hanging on it. There was bookshelves too and a simple white closet. She was surprised because it looked new and she was not expecting to have a room like that in her grandparents'house.

'Do you like this? I had called the renovation team to furnished our rooms last week before we came here.' Jessica smiled at her daughter as she stood at the door.

'I love it mum. Thank you.' Amanda smiled as she replied.

'You are welcome Am, I'm glad that you love your room. Well I think it's time to do some spring cleaning. Let's go.' Her mother smiled and led Amanda out to the living room for cleaning.

This will be a good start, Amanda thought.
