Klinka was found by my friend wandering the streets. Skinny and frail my friend brought her to me since she could not care for her. She was such a sweet gentle soul. I knew immediately that I had to take her to a vet to get her scanned for a micro chip and vet her to make her feel better. The vet thought she was gorgeous since she was a purebred German shepherd and assured me this had to be someone's dog. Well she had heart worm and soon she became well from it. She didn't have a microchip. So I put up posters all around town, but mostly got people calling who just wanted her for themselves. Two or three weeks later no one came up as her owner and it was time to find her a home. I took her for her last vet appointment. The vet sure loved seeing her and enjoyed her coming because she was such a sweet gentle dog. He would refer to her as "gentle giant" she would always be happy to see him. I told him I was now going to find her a home. After the appointment he pulled me aside and said he would like to adopt Klinka and I was surprised and I sure let him adopt her. He brought her home to two boys and one girl who truly love her and they are happy to have her.

Qotw: would you help a stray out?
Does your dog have a strange thing they do?
Answer: well of course I'm writing this haha and yes my dog likes to sleep with his paws up in the air. My other one likes to head butt people when their laying down but I love them both.
