Just Philkas Things

Early Mornings

The sun is barely peeking through the dusty blinds when Helen makes her way to Philips room. The coolness of the morning makes her shiver as he cracks the door open, gasping. 
Philip was pressed tight against Lukas' side, the covers tangled around the boys just like their legs were. Lukas was stroking Philips hair and Helen swore she'd never seen love before until she saw the way Lukas looked at Philip.
She didn't realize she was staring until she noticed Philip shift a little in Lukas' arm. Lukas had a small smile playing on his lips as he lifted his head, letting Philip press closer to his neck. Philip made a soft noise, draping an arm across Lukas' stomach.
Helen waited a few more seconds before pushing the door open further.
Lukas' head shot up, his eyes widening and body tensing once he saw who was there. His face made it seem like he was caught robbing a bank, not cuddling his non official boyfriend.
"I-" He began but Helen pressed a finger to her lips, staring at him.
Lukas nodded, easing back into the mattress, rubbing Philips cheek with his thumb.
"Gabe sent me up to ask if you two have any preferences for breakfast." She said softly, standing in the middle of the room.
Lukas stared at her for a few seconds before glancing down at Philip. "I'll.. um.. I'll have what he likes.."
Helen nodded, smiling, turning around, walking towards the door, before turning back.
"Lukas?"
"Yeah?"
"He feels the same."
Lukas stared at her before nodding. "Thank you, sherif."
