Christmas Headcanons

- Lukas would be the one to hang mistletoe everywhere and Philip just sighs and kisses him. How can you say no to that face?
- Philip and Gabe spend a long time banking cakes and brownies and cookies and Philip has to keep pushing Lukas outside and telling him to wait. (Lukas comes back every hour to try and sneak something good.)
- Lukas spends more on the gifts obviously. (He's gotta spoil his baby boy cmon.)
- Lukas jokingly gets Philip panties from Victorias secret. (Lukas didn't expect that he'd like them so much and he didn't expect Philip to wear them.)
- Philip sneaks into Lukas' house while Lukas is out and Bo and him help string along pictures Lukas and him have taken together. (that's only part one of the gift.)
- Gabe and Helen insist that Lukas and Bo spend their Christmas with them.
- Lukas helps them decorate the tree and he holds the star above his head and the only way Philip can get it is with a kiss.
- Philip tries to take Lukas ice skating but the entire time Lukas is either falling, clinging to the wall, or pouting bc he's cold. (Bonus points if every time Lukas asks for a kiss Philip skates away and says catch me.)
- Helen offering to take Lukas out and help him buy Philip a gift and it's awkward but they spend most of the time giggling constantly over pressing buttons on Christmas toys and running away when they start singing.
- Helen asks Bo for advice on how to buy a gift for Gabe and Gabe like I'll only help if you show me what to get for Philip.
- Lukas gets
Gabe: Lukas gets him a little puppo. (It's a present for bascially anyone but Helen but when the puppy snuggles up in Helens lap Lukas knows he chose the right gift.) (( Gabe may or may not have cried a little.))
Helen: a really pretty necklace that's gold and has a picture of Philip and Gabe in it from when they went to the dock and he gives her a new plant for her office.
Philip: Lukas gives Philip a kiss, duh, and helmet that he can call his own. (Lukas' other helmet was gross and getting wore out and Philip deserves his own special boyfriend helmet.) And Lukas got him tickets to a concert down in the city for his favorite band. (Lukas says Philip can take anyone but he already knows Philip is taking him.)
- Bo gets
Gabe: a new ore for whenever he goes out on his boat.
Helen: a bumper sticker that has a rainbow on it and says "I love my son and his boyfriend." (Lukas is like dad wth and Philip is literally sobbing and Gabe is kinda let down he didn't get one.)
Philip: Bo doesn't really give Philip a gift. Instead he has Lukas give Philip one of his mom's old necklaces that Bo originally gave to her. (Philip cried a little let's be real.)
- Gabe got
Bo: he got Bo a knew hunting riffle.
Helen: The gift he got Helen was more of one to share and it's a little certificate for a few days at a spa. (Helen works herself so hard.)
Philip: he built Philips dark room. (Philip literally couldn't stop thanking Gabe.)
Lukas: new padding for his body. (He notices how worried Philip gets when Lukas does his little events.)
- Helen gets
Bo: paid lessons at the shooting range so he can also get some self defense in their. (Gabe helped her because he really doesn't like animals getting killed.) And also a new camo jacket.
Philip: a new fancy Camera and Philip asks if he needs to pay her back and she just smiles and holds Gabes hand and says it's what family does for each other and he doesn't have to pay her back.
Lukas: she gives Lukas a new pair of headphones and a gift card to fancy places to eat. (It's not her fault Philip took her gift idea.)
Gabe: Helen gets Gabe a suit and explains that she thought  maybe once or twice a month they could have a fancy date ;)
- Philip gets
Lukas: he covered one wall of his room with pictures they'd taken over the year, a new helmet, and a new plaid shirt. (Lukas knows Philip will be wearing it more than him.)
Helen: Philip legit got her a book on how to parent, not as a mean joke, but because she's not just a foster parent, she's his mom. He also gets her a pretty charm bracelet with a charm for a husband and a son.
Bo: Philip had a really hard time deciding what to buy for Bo so finally with the help of Gabe and Lukas he got Bo some more bullets for hunting.
Gabe: Philip made a framed collage with all their pictures together as a family.
- Gabe ends up learning a lot about sports while Helen cleans up all me gets desert ready and the boys make their way up the steps kissing and giggling when Helen yells "Keep the door open!"
- they all eat dinner in front of the tv in the living room whike they watch Charlie Browns Christmas. (Both Lukas and Philip watched that together with their moms when they were younger.)
- Tony joins them in front of the TV dressed as Santa.
