Hey everyone. (Gosh, it feels pretty dang good saying that after seeing the "Spider-Man: Homecoming" trailer)

So if you guys have been following me, you've probably seen me post about how excited I am for this story.

Why?

Well, I am so excited to be writing a story that I have sooooooo many ideas for. I was literally writing a chapter of "Secret Avengers" and I kept getting story ideas for Spider-Man that I had to keep saying "Ahhh, I'll save that for later." Seriously, like plot lines and little lines of dialogue just kept popping up every other minute!

But also, I personally love writing character pieces and, while writing those HUGE, EPIC battles are awesome, it is just as fun to get a slice of someone's life and see how they deal with a situation. Like I said before, I love writing those big storylines; however, it can be a little tough juggling all of these characters and their background, fears, opinions, goals, etc.

Also, I feel like I've been diverting from the very thing that has gotten me this far: character development. Through dialogue, through action, all kinds. That's the thing with Spidey/Peter Parker: he's still trying to find himself in this world where he has to save the world and be in class in 20 minutes. It's similar to those coming-of-age stories, which is probably why I loved the fact that they're making "Spider-Man: Homecoming" like a John Hughes film.

As a result of this, I'm gonna try my best to strip, not only Spider-Man, but also Peter Parker to his core and find out what prompts him, as Tony Stark says, "to get out of that twin bed every morning". Of course, this will have the all the superhero things you and I love, but it will also contain a group of characters that you will (hopefully) actually care about enough to feel their pain and victories. After all, life is composed of little victories and inconveniences.

Another thing that'll be super important in this story is the soundtrack. If I put a song in the chapter, it's probably because it either sets the mood or, like a movie, it would be playing in the background of the scene. So I would definitely recommend having the song playing in the background if you want a full experience reading this story!

ANYWAYS, I hope you guys enjoy this one and PLEASE ADD IT TO YOUR READING LISTS/LIBRARIES as you never know when I'll post the cast list/first chapter to this book :)
