Achilles:

Okay, I did not expect Randy to show up here, especially since he didn't have a date. I couldn't let him ruin my night ever since I punched him, so I tried to avoid him as I make my way through the crowd. But when I make it to the other side, I turned just as I made eye contact with Randy, oh dammit. At that point I quickly make my way through the crowd again until I make it to the entrance, but when I turned around, I saw Randy coming towards me, so I ran out.

"Hold it right there" I heard Randy order as I stopped by the lockers.

Oh damn, this isn't gonna go well.

"Well look who managed to come here tonight" Randy smirked as he and his crew came up to me.

"If you're planning on beating me up, go ahead" I frowned.

"Yeah that's not what I'm gonna do" he smirked "I couldn't help but wonder what became of you and Helen, are you two an item yet?"

"No, we're taking things slow."

"Yeah that's what I thought, because even if you guys get together, it's not going to last long. Because pretty soon she's going to realize how lame you are and dump you because of it."

"This is none of your business" I frowned.

"You're right, it's not. But I'm just saying, go ahead and date her if you want, but you should it's not gonna last long. Because she is going to see what a big loser you are, and then you're gonna be single for the rest of your life."

Okay he was really getting on my nerves as I felt my blood boil as I clenched my fists.

"Well would you look at that" Randy smirked as he turned to his crew "He's really getting pissed."

He then turned back to me.

"So what are you gonna do about it?" he asked with a smirk "You gonna punch me again? Go ahead, I dare you."

I wanted to punch him so bad, but I didn't want to get in trouble so I held myself back.

"That's what I though" he said "You can't do can you? Well I'm not surprised, you're too weak to do anything. Just like how Helen is too weak to stand up for herself."

Oh that's it, I have had enough of this. My blood pressure had reach it's highest point, I knew I was going to explode.

"That's it!" I yelled "I can't take it anymore! I am so done with you! This was the last straw Randy! You've crossed the line! I am so sick and tired of your bullshit!"

Oh damn, I was really exploding. Even Randy and his crew were surprised as I was.

"What is your problem with me?!" I continued "What did I ever do to you?! Cause I've never done anything to you! What is the matter with you?! Sure everyone sees you as the Great White Shark of this school, but you don't run this school Randy! You don't own it! So what is your problem uh?! Why are you such a bully?!"

At that point I can feel my face heating up, man that felt really good to get out. But when I looked at Randy, he just stood there with a sad look on his face.

"Randy?" I said with a confused look.

"So you're standing up for yourself" he said "I'm impressed."

"What?"

"You want the truth about me? Alright I'll tell you the truth. Believe it or not, when I was younger, I used to be just like you. Yeah I was an outcast, a loser, an easy target."

Whoa. Randy used to be like me? I find that hard to believe.

"I had a rough life" he continued "My mother died of an overdose and my father had to take care of me, but what he did wasn't the definition of taking care of. Instead he would beat me."

Holy crap!

"Yeah he would beat me daily" he sighed "He even through me down the stairs once, and he would also dunk my head in the toilet. And because of that, I knew that I couldn't just let myself get thrown around like that, I knew I needed power to stand up for myself. So I became what I am now, I went from the wimpy loser to the Great White Shark of this school. And the reason why I, bully everyone, is because I enjoy feeling power, it's just like my father when he would beat me.

I know what I did was wrong, but I couldn't control myself. I was just so sick and tired of being the one getting picked on, and I kinda wanted everyone to feel my pain. Now you, you're just an easy target because you remind me of my old self, the one that I hated."

"So all this time you were picking on me is because I remind you of your old self?" I asked.

"Pretty much" he sighed.

"Well, look I understand what you're going through, but that doesn't mean you should let everyone feel your pain."

"Like I said, I know what I'm doing is wrong, but I can't control myself. When I feel power, I feel great, I don't know if I'll ever stop, because for once in my life, I'm not the one getting picked on."

I can see the sad look in his eyes. Man, I can't believe I'm saying this, but poor Randy.

"I'm- I'm sorry" I said sadly.

"What are you sorry for? You don't get beat by your parents do you?"

"No" I sighed "But that's the thing, you don't know anything about. You don't know that my parents are divorced because my dad cheated on my mom with another women from his job. You don't know that the reason I draw is because it's the only hobby that makes me happy, and maybe someday I want to be an art teacher. You pick on people even though you know nothing about them."

At that point Randy gave a sad sigh.

"I can't argue with that" he confessed.

"Do you even feel guilty when you bully everyone?"

"At first I don't, but there are time when I think to myself if I should stop. But I can't."

"Sure you can. I know it's hard, but you gotta take things slow. So do you promise that you'll control yourself from now on?"

"I-" he hesitated.

I then held my hand out towards him.

"Don't shake unless you really promise it" I ordered.

He stared at my hand as I watched him think about it. And soon he gave a sigh as he shook my hand. I couldn't believe it, he really promised it.
