The next day, you woke up to what sounded like Robert singing. You never heard the song he was singing before. Was it a parody you've never heard of or was it another original song he was creating?
You slowly got out of bed and tiptoed down the hall to his room. You could hear instrumental music from a karaoke version of the song he was playing on his computer.
You jolted as you suddenly heard him curse under his breath and heard a small crashing sound as if he threw something across the room.
For the next few moments, everything was quiet. But then, without any warning, the door suddenly opened and you and Robert were looking at one another, completely unaware you were listening to his antics.
"I-I'm sorry... d-did I wake you?" Robert asked.
"I heard you singing... a-and I became curious." You responded.
"And you probably just heard me cursing and throwing random objects in my room, didn't you?" Robert asked.
"Y-Yeah..." you nodded, feeling bad with the way you responded.
Robert sighed. "I'm really sorry... I just get pissed and overwhelmed sometimes with my work."
"Robert, it's okay to feel that way." You responded. "In fact, that's what I like about you. You work hard at what you do. It's stressful, but it's worth it in the end."
"Yeah, I know." Robert shrugged. "I just wish I didn't have to worry about working on content while you're around. But it's the only way I can actually keep up with a decent scheduling of videos."
"I'm perfectly fine with you working while I'm here." You assured him. "In fact, if you want me to, I can help you?"
"Are you sure?" Robert asked.
"Totally." You nodded.
Robert smirked a smile and hugged you tightly. You could tell just by the way he hugged you that he needed one at the moment, so you hugged him back as tightly as you could.
"I seriously don't know what in the hell I would do without you." Robert said.
"I'm sure you'd still be doing the same thing you're doing now." You responded.
"But without your support and love, it wouldn't have been the same." Robert remarked.
"But you've got over 100,000 people out there who love and support you and what you do. Don't let one person influence everything you do." You explained to Robert.
"That's true." Robert nodded. "But no matter what, you're still important to me."
"You're important to me too, Robert." You agreed.
Robert then released you from his embrace and he scratched the back of his head, thinking.
"So how about I focus right now on recording this shit, and afterwards, you can help with a little video of it?" Robert suggested.
You nodded. "Sounds perfect."
Robert then smiled before heading back into his office. But then, you suddenly realized you had no clue what his song was about, and you were curious.
"Wait, what's your song about?" You asked him.
His back was turned towards you just as he was about to enter his office. But then he slowly turned his head and looked at you, a smirk on his face.
"Dank memes." He simply responded.
You giggled. It was so random, but at the same time, you knew he would be doing that type of song eventually.
You then watched as he went back into his office to continue working. Within moments, you could hear him singing again.
About an hour later, he opened his door and let you into his office so you could hear his song. Of course you liked it, you always liked his singing. Even the song choice was good for his parody.
After listening to it, Robert got his camera and you went around the house shooting stuff for his music video. He had you mostly hold the camera while he went around, sung the lyrics and danced around a bit. It was hard to keep the camera still and it was hard to try and keep your laughter in at the same time.
The video overall took around 5 hours altogether, including a break in between for lunch. But finally, the entire video was finished and all Robert had to do now was edit the entire video together and he would be done.
"How'd you like that?" Robert asked.
You nodded, "it was really good!"
"I feel bad, because I mainly had you hold the camera and stuff." Robert said.
"Don't worry about it, I was glad to have helped you out." You responded.
"Yeah, we got a video done in a day." Robert said. "That usually never happens. I always procrastinate and do bits and pieces of it within a few days."
"How long will it take you to edit everything?" You asked.
"A while." Robert responded. "Which is why I'm not doing any editing until tomorrow."
"Want me to help you with that?" You asked.
"I guess you could if you wanted to." Robert nodded.
"If it helps you, then I definitely will." You responded.
"I guess having a different opinion doesn't hurt, especially since it's from you." Robert added.
"You think I'm good at giving opinions?" You smirked sarcastically.
"Of course you are!" He nodded.
You smiled as you both hugged each other again.
You suddenly heard Robert begin to yawn.
"I think I might take a nap." Robert remarked.
"Yeah, you were up all morning and working." You responded.
Robert then looked at you, "you sure you'll be okay by yourself?"
"Of course." You nodded.
You both went down the hallway together and watched as Robert went into his room. After he closed the door behind him, you spent no time going downstairs and turning on the tv in the main room.
You were the only one there, so why not?
