"I wanna open my presents now mama," your daughter Yazi says looking underneath the Christmas tree that Dan and Phil recently put up.

"You have to wait until tomorrow sweetie, or else Santa won't bring you any of his own."

She gives the presents a disappointed look and sits back down beside you on the sofa. Dan and Phil have really gone all out on the decorations this year. Tinsel literally covers every inch of this flat.

Apparently it's all for Christmas gaming week on they're channel but you've argued that they'd only be making videos in two locations max.

Doesn't matter though, you like it anyway.

"When will daddy be done filming?" She asks you, laying against your shoulder. You reach up and stroke her hair as mothers typically do.

"Soon, I hope," suddenly you get a cheeky idea, "actually, we should go scare him since he's playing that Slenderman video game."

Yazi perks up with excitement and you both quickly head upstairs to the gaming room.

The plan is to listen in on the door and wait until it's quiet. Once it's quiet then you two would barge in and scare them.

You tiptoe up the stairs and try not giggle as you approach the door. Immediately you hear Dan shouting at Phil about something and then him yell, "Jesus Christ!"

After another minute goes by, there's a moment of silence and you look to Yazi and count to three.

"1..2......3," then all at once you yank the door open and both of you scream at them. Phil does an internal scream and jumps back while Dan completely falls back in his chair.

The whole room erupts into laughter as Dan pushes himself back up and tries to give you an angry look but can't help but smile. Phil laughs too and Yazi runs up to Dan and jumps on his lap.

"You little butt. You really got me!" He pokes Yazi in the stomach and she giggles before giving him a big hug.

"I got you to fall out of your chair again daddy," she says and Dan rolls his eyes at you.

"Yeah I know, both you ladies. You can't just scare a man who's playing a horror game," he whines but now it's your turn to roll your eyes.

"That was amazing, I'm gonna have a great time editing this later," Phil laughs while adjusting his jumper.

Dan lifts Yazi off his lap, "alright girls, we need to finished this video," he says.

"Alright, don't get too scared now," you smirk at him and start to walk away.

"Wait, give me a kiss first for good luck," he leans back and puckers his lips dramatically. You turn back and give him a quick smooch before leaving.

Yazi skips down the stairs and heads back to the lounge, but you end up stopping halfway there. A picture catches your eye that you, for some reason, never realized was hanging on the wall.

It was your fucking meet and greet picture with Dan a long time ago. You were actually a fan of his long before Yazi ever happened and he bloody framed the picture you took when you met him in Manchester.

"DAN!" You shout as loud as you could.

Moments later you feel someone's arms wrap themselves around your waste and a familiar pair of lips kiss your neck.

"What's wrong?" He asks as you continue staring at the ancient picture.

"Why is this hanging on our wall?" You turn around to face him, "and why is it blown up on a canvas and framed?"

He starts to laugh and damn he looks hot when he laughs. But no, you're angry with him. Stay angry.

"I thought it was cute, just look at your little danisnotonfire t-shirt," you don't look because you already know.

"Dan I don't want this on the wall," you pout.

"Aw come on," he pulls you into him which makes it even harder for you to be mad, "we'll talk about it after the video is over okay?"

You nod and he gives you another kiss before whispering, "I love you," while walking away.
