Yuuri stared at the front doors of the Yu-topia Akatsuki resort run by his family. Viktor had walked out those very doors only moments ago leaving a wide eyed Yuuri behind him. Yuuri did not move for another 5 minutes, then abruptly turned and made his way to his room, his sock covered feet gliding slowly across the wood floor.Yuuri wasn't sure when he made it to his bed, but all he knew was that he was lying down on the familiar, comforting fabric. he stayed there for what felt like minutes, but with the obvious lighting change of his room it became noticeable to him that much more time had passed. He didn't care though, he just wanted to lay there. There was a quiet knock on the door and Yuuri didn't make any attempt to move. The door opened slightly but Yuuri kept staring forward. He heard a sigh from the doorway as the light that had streamed in from the open door slowly disappeared with a click of the door.
Yuuri sat up after a while only to flop down on the other side of the bed. He heard a small metallic noise from the floor and he peaked over the side of the bed. he saw the outline of a small circle through the darkness and felt his eyes well up with tears, Viktor's parting words playing in his head, "I was your coach because you asked me to be, But now I'm returning to Russia. I'm going to skate again Yuuri."
Yuuri closed his eyes and breathed in and out. when he opened them again his room was a slightly darker than it had previously been. He rolled over and stared at the ceiling, his head becoming empty. All thoughts of the day seemed to vanish as his eyes closed again.
