Viktor placed the last clean dish from last nights meal in the cabinet. He stretched his arms behind his back and let out a content sigh. He looked over to the couch where Yuuri was still sleeping from the night before when they had watched TV till they passed out. Viktor tipped toed over to Yuuri and sat on the floor in front of him, taking the time to admire the beautiful sleeping man's face.
It had been four months since their talk in the park and Yuuri was doing so well. He was able to talk properly to people and he was eating with Viktor everyday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Viktor was allowed to sleep in the same bed as him as well, although that had only been permitted three weeks ago. Viktor was happy, he so felt happy.
Yuuri stirred in his sleep, but Viktor didn't move, waiting till Yuuri opened his eyes to pull away slightly. "Good morning Yuuri." He spoke in a soft, gentle voice as Yuuri slowly blinked his eyes. Yuuri lifted himself up, the dazed look on his face was distorted by a yawn. Yuuri nodded in response to Viktor's greeting. "What would you like to do today?" Viktor ask and tilted his head curiously. Yuuri closed his eyes, thinking; What did he want to do today?
"Movie?" He said after a long moment of silence and Viktor smiled widely.
"Sounds wonderful." He stood up and stretched his arms behind his back again before making his way over to the TV. A shelf that sat next to the table was filled with DVDs which meant that it would probably take Viktor a while to pick one. Yuuri watched him from the couch where he had brought himself up into a sitting position.
Yuuri could honestly say that he was content with the current life he was living with Viktor. After he had explained everything Yuuri had finally been able to forgive him... after a month that is. Viktor spent everyday with Yuuri, since after his contract had ended he had been able to retire comfortably.
The apartment he was staying in was pretty normal, which Yuuri appreciated, but recently they had been talking about moving into the resort back in Japan and reopening it; Yuuri liked that idea more than he would admit. Viktor finally waved a DVD in front of Yuuri's face that brought him out of his thoughts.
"How about this one?"
"Hard to be a god? What the hell is this?" Yuuri asked looking at the weird DVD.
"What? It's a good movie. It's about these scientists that go to this planet called Arkanar where there is this medieval civilization that they have to help and they also have to rescue these people..." Viktor continued rambling on and Yuuri just chuckled and noddded.
"Sure sounds good." he said and Viktor excitedly went over to start the movie. After the movie began to play Viktor hopped onto the couch with Yuuri and pulled half of the blanket that was on Yuuri over to him. Yuuri scooted closer to Viktor which made him smile widely at the thought that Yuuri wanted to snuggle close to him when in reality Yuuri just wanted more of the blanket. Viktor cautiously put his arm around Yuuri, but Yuuri didn't move it away so Viktor left it there. While Viktor made a noise to every little thing that happened in the movie Yuuri couldn't seem to stay focused. He kept think back to the possibility of going back to Japan.
If they went back it would certainly be nice for Yuuri, but would Viktor be happy with that? Russia is his home, but he was the one who suggested the move. These questions circled around his head until he felt something shake him a little. Yuuri looked over to see that Viktor was shaking his shoulder. "Yuuri! Yuuri! did you like the movie?" he asked with sparkling eyes. Yuuri blinked as he turned his head to the TV where credits were rolling down the screen then turned back to Viktor.
"Uh yeah." he said and Viktor's mouth spread into a smile.
"I knew you would!" he exclaimed and leaned back into the couch. Yuuri shook his head as he leaned against him which made Viktor look down at him then back up and laugh a little.
"Another movie?"
"Another movie."

Viktor let out a loud, aggravated breath as he peeled the large packing tape off his arm. "What's wrong?" Yuuri called from the other side of the room as he began to unstack some boxes.
"Why must the tape always stick to my arm or my shirt or my leg or- ARGH!" he yelled as more tape stuck itself to his arm after he had pulled it off a cardboard box. Yuuri laughed as the man peeled it off his arm.
"Would you like help?" Yuuri asked thoughtfully which made Viktor pout.
"No, I got this."
Yuuri nodded and left the room, the sound of Viktor's frustrated shout making him chuckle. He looked around the lobby of the resort and sighed. After three months of talking they had finally decided to move to the resort. They then had spent the next week packing and signing the proper paperwork for Viktor to move out of his apartment.
Afterwards they had taken a flight down early to clean the resort before their stuff arrived. Garbage bags and garbage bags of blankets, pillows, and random trash were taken out of the resort everyday and left on the curb for garbage collectors. Their furniture had arrived sooner than they had expected so they had to leave them in front of the resort; thankfully it didn't rain. The resort was eventually all clean; blanket and dust free. The lobby was now filled with boxes which Yuuri and Viktor were trying to even out by bringing them into the dining area, but Viktor couldn't wait and had begun opening boxes. Yuuri picked up another stack of small boxes and brought them into the dining area, practically dropping them after seeing Viktor.
"Can you stop opening the bo-" he stopped when he peaked around the stack in his hands to see Viktor covered in tape and surrounded by open boxes. Yuuri carefully placed his boxs down and made his way over to viktor.
"How?..." he said slightly muffled by the hand covering his mouth to hold in his laughter. Viktor looked up at hm then looked away embarrassed.
"Help?" he asked and Yuuri removed the hand from his mouth.
"of course." Yuuri began to help him peal of the tape from off his arms and his shirt. This was a new beginning for them; a new life. Yuuri felt truly... Truly happy.
