HEY GUYS! I know, it's been long but hey I'm here now! This chapter is gonna start off a little dark then swing it's way into happy land with a hint of misery... wow look at me being dark.

Song of the day: Just Hold On by Steve Aoki & Louis Tomlinson! It is so 😍😍😍😍. But honestly, if you guys don't know this already, Louis's mother passed away recently and it is so sad because she was a part of the 1D family and to see a beautiful person pass is heartbreaking. And for Louis to be so strong while performing this just shows how much of an amazing person he is.

Sorry, I just need to rant.

And increase my word count.

😅

...I know y'all love me.

ENJOYYYYY!

Nick's POV

"Boss?"

I grunt, looking over at Mark or Greg or whoever he is. "What?" I say harshly.

The man fidgets, avoiding my gaze. "Uh, we have news on the Mills family."

My head whips over to him. "What is it?"

He swallows, nervously glancing at me. "Well, uh-

I slam him against the wall. "Spit it out already!" I seethe.

His eyes widen. "They're going on vacation to Hawaii!"

I smirk. "Good. Good work."

"T-Thank you, boss." He stutters.

As he walks away, I return back to my seat smirking to myself.

"Pack your bags, boys. We're going to Hawaii."

The Mills better watch out. For this may be the last vacation of their lives.

Ava's POV

"I can't believe we're going to Hawaii!" I exclaim, shutting the trunk of my car and turning to my parents.

My dad ruffles my hair. "Well you better believe it, kiddo."

"You know, I also can't believe you're inviting all my friends to come along." I place my hands on my hips, raising an eyebrow.

He smiles at me. "You deserve some happiness. Besides, we are only going for a week."

"And what about school?"

"It's been taken care off. Ever since this whole fiasco your teachers are being a bit lenient with you. Plus, it's going to be spring break once we come back so whatever you miss, you can do all the work at home." Dad smirks at me.

(A/N: I honestly don't know what month it is in the book so we are going to pretended that is March.)

"Well, isn't that just fun." I say sarcastically.

Rolling his eyes, Dad reels me into a hug. "You know I love you right?"

I nod against his chest. "Yes. I know." My voice muffled.

"Right now, I just want you to forget this ever happened. It's kinda our fault anyway. Nick was a real... asshole back in our day." He sighs, rubbing my back comfortably.

"It's not your fault or mom's fault. Nick is a just a crazy ex who's hell bent on getting revenge for something we can't control. We'll get through this dad, I promise." I reassure him and he chuckles softly.
