I was at the edge of the forbidden forest. Severus dashed out of Hogwarts to see what I was up to. He saw me looking into the forest.
"Katelyn", he said. Then I ran into the forest. I ran deep into the forest.
"Katelyn! Where are you going", Severus shouted. I ran so far that I could no longer hear him. Then I got to a very familiar place.
Flash back
I ran to the forest as fast as I could. I wished I was in Germany. I was safe back in Germany. Then I reached the forest. I turned around and saw my brother. I ran into the forest and went to a small clearing that still have a layer of leaves and branches above it. Then a boy came out of nowhere.
"Hiya I'm Jordan", he said. He was dark skinned.
"Hallo ich Katelyn(hi I am Katelyn)", I said.
"Oh you speak German", he said. I nodded my head yes.
"Do you speak English", he asked.
"Nein", I said. He looked me in the eye.
"Well I can teach you", he said.
Time skip...4 weeks later
"Jordan", I called.
"Katelyn it is not safe... You need to ru-", then he started crying out in pain. I ran out and saw my brother killing Jordan.
End flashback
I stood in the small clearing. I silently cried.
"Just gonna stand there and watch me burn.. Well that's alright because I like the way it hurts", I sang. It started to rain. My powers were tied to my emotions. I walked out of the forest soaking wet. Then I saw Severus waiting by the doors to go in. He looked up and saw me. He came over. He came over and I broke down. My walls shattered. The rain came down harder the more I cried. He wrapped me in a hug. Then he picked me up bridal style. I couldn't stop crying. I had put Jordan in my past but going back brought back to many memories. Students watched as I broke down in tears as Severus carried me down to the dungeons. Then he carried me to his personal quarters. He laid me down on the couch and laid down with me.
"Shhhhhh", he rubbed my back as he held me close to comfort me, "why are you so upset."
"I-I-I st-st-stumbled upon a pl-place that brought b-back b-bad memories", I said still crying.
"Alright it's ok", Severus said.
