"She is silent even if it breaks her.
She is playing hide and seek
and she can't let the monster win."

~~~"LISTEN to me," Celia pleaded, her eyes begging as she gripped onto his leather jacket. He gave her a disgusts look and yanked her hands off him. "Don't trust her. She's a mean, manipulative little bitch."
Celia was now desperate, she would do anything for him to believe her. Anything. She was that desperate for him to believe her but he just gave her a sick twisted look, his lips curved into a snarl.
"Don't you dare say that about her," He hissed, making her wince. "She's a better than you in a thousands of different ways."
Celia gaped at him, shocked that he's defending her, the school slut. But she wasn't a slut, everyone got it all wrong, it was Celia they had to blame but the French was so manipulative that the whole school beloved it was Cassie instead. And now, the troublemaker, was believing Cassie over the her.
"Don't go near her, Celia," He warned, his tone threatening and low. "Or I'll make sure your friends, popularity and college offers disappears as quickly as they had come."
And with those final words, he sauntered towards Cassie, who was on her phone as she leaned against his car, unaware of what was happening. Scott hugged her the moment she saw him, a gasp of surprise left her mouth.
"Are you okay, baby?"
Baby. That simple term of endearment. One word and it set his body on fire. He looked at her and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. He didn't know what he was saying next because he was so lost in her eyes but he could feel his lips moving.
"Are you serious?" She asked, smirking. He tuned back in, trying to fake a serious look as if he just heard what he said. "You want to take me out?"
So that's what he had asked. Damn, I'm such an idiot. He smirked back at her and caged her between his arms, leaning close and heard her breath hitch.
"What do you say, Beauty?"
She gave an almost grin and the first word that came to mind was progress. She nodded and kissed his cheek, jawline then shoulder. His eyes glistened with amusement as he pulled back, watching how a faint smile was on her face came and then disappeared.
"We're on, Beast."
On Friday, Scott said that he'll pick her up at 7 so Cassie had called her two friends and they came over as soon as she had said, 'Scott is taking me out on a date.'
Ava was currently rummaging through Cassie's closet whilst Isla laid on her bed, flicking through the latest vogue magazine. Cassie was finishing up her makeup; winged eyeliner, smoky eyeshadow, deep dark red matte lipstick, a rosy blush and highlighted face. She looked gorgeous and was doing the finishing touches when Ava yelled. "I found it."
Isla sat up, now more interested whilst Cassie turned to look at the purple haired girl. In her arm she was holding a red dress and boots. Isla frowned whilst Ava grinned at the two girls.
"Isn't that a bit plain?" Cassie dared to ask and Ava's smile fell.
"Let me have a look." Isla grumble and made her way into the closet. Within two minutes she comes out holding a black dress and heels.
"How is that any better?" Ava muttered under her breath, causing a smile to crack from Cassie's lips.
Cassie took the dress off Isla and went to the bathroom to change. The dress was plain and simple, elegant and classy. She also slipped on the heels, making her legs long and lean.
