The team looked up to see giant, sharp stalactites trembling. Lava began to shoot up from the ground suddenly. "Jones was a mage who could use Earth and Fire Magic." explained Tom. "He wanted to make sure no one could steal his treasure, so he used his magic to create a trap that not only it could destroy the entire mine, but the entire Edolas!" Mystogan's eyes widened with horror. The destruction of Edolas was never what he wanted to happen.

"No wonder there was a magic circle when we opened the door..." trailed off the Dragon Slayer.

"What the hell are we waiting for, d'aho?!" asked blossom . "Let's get out of here!"

The team jumped off the ship, just in time for the stalactites above to fall and destroyed the ship, creating a giant hole in the process. The ground shook violently as all of the treasures fell into the hole. "We have 10 minutes and 19 seconds before destruction!" warned Tom, looking at the watch on his wrist. They ran out of the portal and towards the entrance. They could feel the quake and heat following them. Finally, they arrived outside of the mine, far from danger. Although they were safe for now, they heard the explosion coming closer. "I hate to say this, but the explosion is getting stronger because Jones left a trail of magic to increase the destruction and we only have 6 minutes 40 seconds left!"

"So that was the trail of Magic I felt earlier." muttered blue with horror. She looked back to see the peaceful Edolas and back at the mine, feeling hopeless. 'What am I going to do?!' she yelled in her mind. 'I feel so useless! Ryuu, please help me!'

"This power is forever in your hands. But only use it during an emergency."

The Dragon Slayer's eyes widened upon remembering her foster father's words. Her panic look molded into a determined one. She slowly stood up, getting the males' attention. She walked towards the mine, stopping right in front of the entrance. "What are you doing, blue?!" yelled Mystogan. "You're going to get yourself killed!"

"4 minutes and 30 seconds!"

"Blue , I know you can eat fire like Natsu!" yelled blossom. "But this ain't a joke, d'aho! There is no way you are going to eat an entire explosion that can destroy Edolas!"

"Stand back." was all she said.

"Hey, Blue!" She yelled angrily. She was about to argue with her but was cut off when Blue handed blossom her giant fan. The Exceed finally gave up. "Fine!" She grabbed Tom and Mystogan, and dragged them away from the unfazed woman.

"What are you doing?!" yelled Mystogan. "Are you trying to abandon her?!"

"I don't want to but she made me, d'aho!" argued the Exceed.

They arrived behind a giant rock, which was big enough to shield them. Noticing that they were not around, Blue took a deep breath and closed her eyes. She felt her magic swirling inside of her. Meanwhile, the explosion was getting closer.

"2 minutes and 45 seconds!"

"Don't just stand there, d'aho!" yelled blossom angrily. "Do something!"

Blue eyes opened. Her eyes glowed a blue light before it dimmed down. Her eyes had vertical slit pupils and both of the irises each had a dark lining around it. She had sharp fingernails, longer and sharper fangs, and reptilian scales around her temples. She got on all fours like an animal and glowed a blue aura.

"1 minute and 8 seconds!"

"What is happening?" asked a confused Mystogan.

"I have no idea, d'aho." said blossom. "But we don't have much time."

Suddenly, strong gusts of water surrounded her like a tornado. The rest held onto the rock to prevent themselves from being blown away. After awhile, the wind stopped. Mystogan and blossom eyes widened with shock when their gazes were on where Blue was. Instead, there was a huge dragon with silver hair and beautiful white scales. Unlike most dragons, it had a longer body and shorter legs. It had white whiskers, white horns, sharper claws and teeth, the body of a snake, white beard, pointy ears and a snout. "Is that... Blue...?" asked the blue haired man with awe, recognizing the familiar fur and eye colours.
