One morning, blue was sitting at a table with Altair  and blossom . They were eating and talking with each other until a blushing Natsu came up with Lucy behind him. "Is there something you guys need?" asked blue with concern.

"Canyouteachmethatgame?" blurted out Natsu nervously.

"Come again?" blinked the dark brown  haired girl, confused.

"C-Can you t-teach me that g-game?" he repeated more slowly.

"Game?" she questioned, confused.

"He means 'Social dancing'." corrected Lucy before she began to explain. "We are going to catch a fugitive known as Velveno, who had escaped from prison, at the Balsamico family's magical ball."

"And I take it that he thought dancing is a game, d'aho?" asked blossom , raising an eyebrow. She simply nodded at her as a reply.

"I see." said blue understandingly before she smiled up at Natsu. "Well then, let's go out and start your dancing lesson."

"Um..." trailed off Lucy nervously. "About that..."

"Is there a problem?" asked Altair .

When they went outside of the guild, blue, Altair  and blossom  stared at the scene disbelievingly as they had sweat drops on the back of their heads. Some were dancing awkwardly, some like Erza and Lisanna were just twirling people around while some were dancing without any problems. Even Happy, with hearts in his eyes, was dancing with Carla, who reluctantly accepted. "Since when did the guild decided to dance together, d'aho?" wondered the Exceed with confusion.

"Beats me." said the dark brown  haired girl before turning to Natsu. "Come on, let's go." They went to where they had more space and stood across each other. "We'll start with the basic steps. Okay, hold my hands."

Natsu hesitantly held her hands but he managed to for the sake of learning. The two began to dance awkwardly because he was new to this. He accidentally stepped on her foot and leaned against her. "S-Sorry 'bout that!" he stammered.

"It's okay." she giggled as they continued to dance.

However, this kept repeating to the point where blossom  thought the pyromaniac was doing this intentionally. "STOP, D'AHO!" She screamed, making everyone stop dancing even though she was scolding Natsu. "What the hell was that for?! You barely call this dancing!"

"Well, I'm sorry for not learning this earlier!" argued Natsu back as he let go of her and glared at the Exceed.

While blue was watching the scene, a hand was held out to her. She turned to see her father bowing at her, offering his hand. "Shall we dance, my Dragon Princess?"

She smiled and replied, "Yes, my dear father." Altair placed his right hand on her waist and blue held her coat like a dress with her left one. The others were entwined with each other and they began to dance gracefully. Everyone formed a circle as they watched the father and his daughter dancing.

With on final twirl, Altair  and his daughter bowed at each other, ending the dance. The guild members clapped and cheered for their wonderful performance. "That was so beautiful!" praised Lucy.

"You see that, d'aho?" asked blossom , looking at Natsu.

"Shut up." he argued. But like Gray, he blushed at the thought of blue wearing a ball gown and danced beautifully like this. He and the Ice Make Mage were eager for tonight's ball.
