While walking down the busy street, they noticed an Exceed wandering around, seeming to be lost. Aside from its face, it's entire body was covered by a pink frog-like suit, of which the vast majority was covered by black spots. The suit sported a plain belly, webbed hands, and a hood which formed the frog's head, completed with two beady eyes resting on the hood.
"How cute~" cooed blue as she knelt down, smiling down at the Exceed.
"Fro thinks so too!" he shouted as it raised a hand and smiled back at her. His tail waved as the fabric of his pink costume follow his tail's movement.
The Dragon Slayer smiled at his cuteness. She placed a hand upon his head and gently rubbed it before picking him up in her arms. She stood up straight while blossom floated next to her. "What were you doing out here all alone, d'aho?" She asked. "This place is not suitable for us Exceeds to be wandering around aimlessly, especially when there are many people."
"Frosch was out shopping with Lector, Sting, and Rogue but now, I'm lost." he replied with small tear duds forming at the corner of his eyes. He felt someone gently rubbing his head, making him look up at the person.
"Don't worry, Frosch." assured blue. "We will keep you company until we found your friends." The green Exceed's frown turned upside down. "By the way, my name is blue and this is blossom ." He nodded his head and clung onto the fabric of her coat.
blue and blossom walked along, weaving through the crowded streets. Their eyes scanned over shops and small stalls that sold food and accessories. They noticed Frosch was distracted, a lot, by everything going on around him as well. That was when they realized that because he wandered off out of curiosity, he got lost from his friends. It made sense. blue and blossom stopped at different stalls at the green Exceed's request without complaining.
When they passed by a stall, something caught his eyes. He was a gold pin with a symbol of a saber-tooth cat with its jaw opened. Blossom noticed this and decided to buy the pin for it. She pinned it onto the green Exeed's costume, being careful not to hurt him. "I noticed that you were very fond of this, d'aho." She said. "So here you go."
"Fro likes it!" said Frosch with a smile. "Thank you, blossom !"
The light brown Exceed nodded at him in response before floating ahead. blue smiled when she witnessed the scene and followed her companion. They halted in their tracks when they heard a rumble. With blossom shaking her head to protest, they figured out it was Frosch when they saw him scratching his head sheepishly. They smiled at him as they went to a little restaurant in town.
After paying for their meal, they walked out. The sun was almost setting, and there were lesser people walking around. Frosch looked down with a sad look on its face. blue and blossom frowned at him. They could not blame him. "Don't worry." she assured. "We will find your friends. I promise."
