Alarm is up and John shut it down with his fingers. He yawn and stretch and look out to his window. He raise the it up and the chirping sound entertain his ears. Then, a small girl run into his room and hug his legs. DADDY, the girls yelled. He lifts her up and smile.
John : Daddy's little princess got up pretty early today.
Lena : Mommy said that if daddy did not take Ethan for a walk, she'll get mad.
John : She said that? Alright, get dressed sweetheart. We'll go to the park.
Lena : Yay!
He went downstair and he saw his little boy is playing video games on their living room. He's slowly creep on him from the back and wait for the right moment....
John : HAH!
Jake : Hah!!
John : Gotcha, little guy. Hahahaha.
Jake : Dad!
John : What were you playing here?
Jake : Horror game.
John : Where's mommy?
Jake : She's right in the kitchen.
He went to the chicken and he saw his wife is preparing breakfast for the family. He hugs her tight from behind and kiss her right cheek.
John : Morning, beautiful.
She kiss him back.
Diana : Morning, horsey.
John : Come on, you got to admit that I'm good-looking guy.
Diana : Well, I got a weird taste on ugly guy, especially the one that look like a horse.
John : A lucky horse, I say.
Diana : [giggles] Now, now young man.
John : Anyway, baby, I've got to go soon. Duty called.
She stop for a moment and put down the knife she used to chop onions.
Diana : For how long?
John : I don't know. Three months. Six perhaps.
Diana : Promise me, John. Promise me that you'll come home safe.
"Safe..."
"Come home...."
Jake/Lena : DAD!!!!!
They saw the execution live on the screen and they are devastated by it. Lena break down as this is too much for her to handle. Jake, on the other hand, suddenly lose control on his mind. The chains that bind on him are getting to loose as he try to break them off. The entire ground is shaking due to the force that exerted by angered Jake. He break free from the chains and went ahead to smash the glass. He got out of the prison and so does his mind. He look up and leap straight up to the lounge. He saw John's dead body on the ground with a gunshot wound on his head. He dash toward the president but oddly, his body won't budge from where he stand.
President : Curious?
Jake : I'LL KILL YOU!
President : Yeah, but you can't move.
The president showcase his abnormal psychic and strength and unleash it on Jake. His strength is on another level. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Baz appeared and push the president onto the wall. Lars tries to free himself but couldn't. Then, he saw Ghost.
Lars : Hey! [yell] Hey!
Ghost turn around and look at Lars.
Lars : Let us go or we all going to die!
Ghost : If I let you go, we're still going to die!
Lars : At least we fight for our chance! Now unchain me!
Ghost : The president...he's a....
Lars : Hey, listen! He killed John!
Ghost : We won't stand a chance against him! He's on another level.
Lars : And you're already giving up?! Don't you see how's John fought for his life? He faced odds and won!
Ghost : We're not John!
Lars : Yeah, we're not John. But what that makes you?
Ghost : [take out his radio] Red, release them.
Red : [from the radio] Are you a fool?
Devil : [from the radio] This is our only chance to redeem, my friend.
Red : [from the radio] God damn it! Alright!
Karl, Lars and Ray are released from their confinement and they met Ghost. Ghost brought their gears and they armed themselves to save Jake.
Lena : Ray!
Ray : Lena?! What are you doing here?
Lena : This way!
They followed Lena to the president's lounge and found both Doc and Jake. But then soon the surrounding become sad. Jake and Lars lift John's lifeless body off the ground and they are running toward the exit. There, they found a weakened Baz lying on the ground. They put Baz on the back of the truck and John along with it, then they escape from the arena. The president is lighting his cigar and watch as they go. Dave approached him from behind.
Dave : Should I chase them, sir?
President : Let them be. Let's focus on our main mission. Assemble the DAWN.
Dave : Right away.
President : Anyway, during the fight, you saw John's little girl, aren't you?
Dave : Yeah.
President : The man sat beside her...
Dave : Sax. He screwed us quiet a lot. Should I kill him?
President : You won't stand a chance. Not even me. He is the queen's greatest agent. We shouldn't mess with Her Majesty. Not for now.....
The entire journey has been sorrowful. They couldn't believe that John sacrificed his life. As Lars drive the truck for the group and at the same time he tries to calm Jake down. Lena couldn't stop crying and Ray try to comfort her for the loss of her father. She buries her face on Ray's chest. This is too much for her. The group arrived at John's house and everything is curious of what had just happened. Karl step out from the back of the truck and carefully get John's body out of the truck. Everything is gathering in a circle and soon they started to cry. Jake push everyone aside and he lift the dead body of the ground. He carries it all the way to their house. He cleaned his corpse neat and bathed him for one last time. Then, he dressed him in a nice suit. When he get outside, he saw that people already preparing the funeral for John. They buried him by the side of his late wife. Doc has already carved a nice cross-shaped tombstone and words in it.
