The president is walking towards the lab and the moment he enter, he saw thousands of hybrid in pillars of tube. He smiles and leave the the army inspection. He went back to his office and light himself a cigarette, then sit on his comfy chair. Suddenly, Michael stormed in with a tablet on his hands.
Michael : Mr. President! I want you to look at this!
President : What is it? Bring it here.
He hold the tablet and surprised to see Jake's face on the screen.
President : What the fuck is he doing?
Michael : He's delivering a message.
President : To me?
Michael : To the whole America. Most of the cities are receiving his message.
Jake look at Doc and asked whether is he ready to go and Doc nod.
"People, can you hear me? For the past decades we've been suffering from the consequence of a tyrant who ruled our country which a dreadful changes for humanity. Many of us has fallen and this is the time for us to rise up and stop this madness once and for all. We lost our beloved ones, our families, our friends....A mother, a father.....They sacrificed their lives for us so that we can live for the future that awaits. This is our home, home of many generations and home of generations to come. I know everyone is scared, I know everyone think that they are not capable of fighting for their rights. I'm here to prove you wrong! We're meant to be scared, so that we can dig out the bravery in you. We are not capable of fighting but we survived anyway because of the willingness to survive. The survivors, and the wanderers, I beg you to work together. Don't do this for the sake's of wellbeing, do this for the sake's of humanity! I'm Jake McGrady, reporting out."
Jake shuts the recorder off.
Doc : Well speech, young man.
Jake : I wonder if they get the message. We need more people to shut the government once and for all.
They wait for any response but after hours of waiting, no sign any response from anyone.
Jake : I guess this is it. We are the only hope left.
Days passed and there are still no response. Jake assemble the group at the armory.
Jake : Eight of us, against the entire army.
Lars : Not to mention a human.
Ray : Doesn't mean we can't kill mutants and hybrids.
Then Doc enters the armory, carrying a jacket.
Doc : I guess you should wear this, Jake.
Jake : This....it's belongs to my father.
He grabs it and look at the gray military jacket with "McGrady" on the back of it. John reach out his hands, followed by Lars, and then the rest of the group.
Jake : For John.
All : For John!
They step out of the armory and they didn't expect what they see. Hundreds of survivors and wanderers are gathered, armed to the teeth. One of them appeal himself to Jake.
Wayne : My name is Wayne, the leader of Chicago's survivors. These are the men who will fight beside you to the death. If you don't mind, I brought women and children to stay here with the rest of colony.
Jake shook his hand.
Jake : The pleasure is mine. [yell] Alright! Listen up! You know what is this and what will happen to you. I will not guarantee any of us will walk out of there alive. If there is anyone want to back off, now is the time.
No one is budging from their place.
Jake : Good! We move at twenty-one zero tonight! Dismissed!
Meanwhile.....
Sax : Have you seen this, your Majesty?
Queen : Quiet an impressive young man he is.
Sax : What should we do?
Queen : Let's Tyler face the wrath of his people.
Sax : As you wish, your Majesty.
Sax hanged up the phone.
Sax : I'm going to miss this place.
